Our apartment, which had roaches, had started as a small problem that had grown over the past few months. Bruno is the man…read more When I called him Thursday at 3:30PM, we had no idea if Rocky Raccoon or Rocket J. Squirrel had taken up residence in the ceiling of our office. Within an hour, Bruno was onsite and had confirmed that it was Rocket J. Squirrel and also confirmed what we suspected was Rocket's entry point from outside of the building. Bruno placed two traps for the squirrel in the ceiling before we left work for the day and told us that we would just have to wait. The next day, Bruno returned to see if our new friend had taken the bait. Unfortunately, no luck. He realized that our squirrelbuddy wasn't actually stuck in the ceiling, but using our ceiling as a refuge from the poor weather. He came up with a new game plan, suggesting that we first seal the hole outside and then Rocket would go in search for food and find the peanut butter in his trap. Without fail, Monday morning, there was definitely something stuck. We called Bruno, he was at another jobsite. He finished there, came straight to us and brought Rocket J. Squirrel out with him, assuring us he would return him to Prospect Park. What a relief! I would definitely use Bruno's company again! He was warm and personable and efficient!

(I should mention that I also received a free inspection from a big, national termite exterminating competitor company, who gave me the standard sales pitch with no context. Not only was ACE less expensive, they also gave me a better service guarantee with regard to monitoring and future treatments!) When ACE came to install the products we needed, Don and his co-worker got right down to business, and were speedy and thorough. I definitely plan on using them again for my future bug needs (though we hope not to have any)! (FYI, I believe they are Black-owned, in case you have an interest in supporting Black businesses.
