As promised technician showed up I explained to him what was going on then got straight to fixing my problem. So, I called Quality Plumbing as my last hope. Frank agreed to send someone out and I was worried it wasn't going to go well. They sent Bruce, my goodness, they did a good job, dealt with my crying and need for over explaining with compassion and kindness. I had to follow up with them several times for back up documents because I was nervous not because they did anything wrong, I know I was annoying, and they kept treating me fairly and continued to reassure me. Today my condo had maintenance and I was a bit frustrated coming home and not knowing(my condos fault, not plumbing) . I went outside and saw a plumbing van where a young gentleman name Richard was attending to his tools. I asked questions regarding the water being stopped and he was so polite and answered any question I had. Not only did he do his job but went above and beyond in his customer service aspect. Great service. Had a diagnostic dilemma in our oxnard condo complex. A slow leak was occuring in the roof of the unit below ours. I was very afraid that this would become a huge nightmare just to figure it out. Property management dropped the ball so my wife and downstairs neighbor set up a time with quality plumbing. They (Richard and a co-worker) showed up on time, were very polite, courteous and professional. They even wore shoe cover-ups to not track up the floor!!! They coordinated together one in our unit and one downstairs with cell phones and successfully diagnosed that our toilet seal was the most likely culprit. They came several times in order to fix the kitchen drain clogging. Despite that they could not fix, they still charged $600. They refused to communicate with us since then. Finally we fixed the drain with other vendor, who tried once and fixed the clog completely by the snake. read more

Our kitchen sink was backed up and of course I panicked a little and thinking the worst. Quality plumbing was recommended by a friend. I called at 8 am and they said they could have a plumber to my home by 4. At 330 we were notified that the plumber was running late but if it was ok with us, he would eventually show up. The plumber himself called at 530 and said he would arrive at 6. He arrived and could not be any nicer. He discovered the problem originated from my next door neighbor. Horrible company!!!! Don't go with this company, disrespectful and will only waste your time. They missed their first appointment, they finally came the following day and told me that they can totally do it and they will send a estimate the following day. The next day came and went and no estimate and any kind of contact was made. I called them three times and the same answer was always given, the person in charge of the estimate was out for work and will reach out to you later today. Again no one contact at me, finally 1 1/2 weeks later I was told they are busy and can not take any more at this point. The company has horrible customer service and don't recommend them to anyone. Way over charged me for simple drinking faucet install that took little time. Same price they charged for installing a sink.

We hired Quality Plumbing yesterday to get a second opinion on a job that a franchise company told us we needed to complete for $11,000! This was a completely eye opening experience as we didn't even need what the franchise company was recommending. The Quality Plumbing plumbers performed a camera check of the pipes under our house, and informed us they needed a cleaning/descaling only, not a lining placement (which entailed concrete, tile, stucco destruction, and a lot of $$). Quality Plumbing plumbers are professional, experienced, affordable, and it was easy to make an appointment with them. I would not consider using anyone else-they are great!!!! read more

The second time they came to my home they forgot to turn the water back on when they were done. When they returned to turn it on they CHARGED ME FOR IT! I needed a tub installed last minute because my installer flaked on my and I called around and the owner from Quality plumbing came to give me a same day estimate which was very reasonable. I explained how I was in a bind and needed the tub installed ASAP because I was getting my floors done and needed the tub to be completed before they could work in my bathroom so he rearranged his schedule for that day and sent two guys (Tony and Tony) to my house within a few hours and they got started. They finished the tub portion same day and Tony came back and knocked out the rest of the plumbing portion and did a great job. I'd definitely use them again for future projects. read more

I was waiting with two other people for nearly three hours while she fed me ridiculous lies from "he's on his way" to "he had to pick up a tool" to telling me he was schedule to come an hour after the real time! My first contact was Isella who was very professional and understanding. She suggested that I talked to the owner Cruz. I explained my problem and he assured me they could resolve it to my satisfaction. I needed the job completed quickly and they sent out Tony, a very experienced plumber and his partner Frank. The work I needed was quite complicated, but they quoted me a fair price and the work was done professionally. My original plumbing had some design flaws which Tony pointed out and corrected to make the drains flow smoother.
