She patiently took the time to take the correct measures and pinned the bottom to keep them steady. But she was very professional and showed me right to the changing room. Once she finished taking measurements, she told me my dresses would be done in 1 week. So we made an appointment for exactly 1 week later, I signed the form, and she gave me the price quote. Fast forward exactly 1 week later, I arrived and my dresses were not done. In fact, there was someone else there and Yurma had forgotten about my appointment entirely. So she told me she would finish the dresses by the end of the day and call me when they were ready. Two days went by and I never received a call. So I called Yurma and she said I could come the next day they would be ready. Fortunately, my dresses were ready when I arrived but I was slightly surprised that she didn't offer some kind of discount or even an apology for being 3 days late.
