Thomas Kisic Septic Service - Company Truck

    Thomas Kisic Septic Service

Last week, I scheduled a septic tank pumping service with Thomas Kisic Septic Services Llc. The…read moreearliest appointment available was at 8:30 this morning. By 9:30, I called them to check on the status of the service. A young man answered and said he would contact the driver and call me back. A few minutes later, he called to inform me that the driver was waiting on a part to fix the pump system on the truck, and the new estimated arrival time would be around 12:30. At 1:23, I still had not heard from the driver, so I called again and went straight to voicemail. I sent a text since the voicemail indicated that texting was an option, but I received no reply. When I called again at 1:30, my calls continued to go to voicemail. I decided to call from my work number, and they answered on the first ring. The young man again stated that the driver had informed him an hour earlier that he was on his way. I asked him to please verify the situation and call me back with an update. He assured me it would only take two minutes. Ten minutes passed, and there was still no callback. My son then called, and, once again, the young man answered immediately. He informed my son that the driver, who is also the owner, was essentially MIA and not answering his phone. By 3:15 PM, both my son's phone and mine, along with my work number, were going straight to voicemail. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this company! I am extremely frustrated with the entire situation. They could have easily called me this morning to inform me of the issue and asked to reschedule, but instead, I was left to navigate this on my own.

I recently had my outdated septic system and field replaced by this company. Josh did our quote and…read moreGary was the sweet man i had the most contact with in person. It was a rainy two weeks during install. We had a few bumps in our road along the way but they always answered my calls, questions, concerns and followed thru. Kevin the owner was also involved in the process as well and we had a smooth replacement. I suggest that anyone who is having this done be patient. Weather can slow down process if rainy season but this company came out at 9 pm to pump the tank no questions asked just to keep our household going! Two added things one needs is an electrician and sod that is not included but wasn't a huge deal. Cost was competitive and i would recommend this company to others!

Overpriced | $400-500…read more Not impressed at all! Out of absolute desperate need, I contacted Quality Septic, as the company I normally use for regular septic service had all their trucks on an emergency commercial job and I couldn't wait. When the gentleman from Quality Septic arrived, Jody, he talked like an expert, explaining everything, almost to the point of sounding like he was selling himself as the one with all the answers. I explained to him my problem, that we smelled a sewer smell in the house and had some backup from a toilet inside as well. I also told him we had our septic pumped out last year so it wouldn't make sense for it to be full or backed up. Anyhow, he dug up the 1st lid on the septic tank and saw that there was no movement, so he then had me get an extension cord & plug the well pump into an outlet on the house directly. After that, the pump came on, but slowly. He then said I needed to get an electrician to come out and replace the power source (outlet) with a new gfci. He said my outlet there at the septic had gone bad. After that he had his helper drain the septic tank main tank and then closed it back up. I paid him the $465 service charge (which I was told on the phone would be $395) and he left. I called an electrician right after and they came out and replaced the GFCI outlet, fixing that problem. But just two days later, the alarm light lit up again, so I called another septic company who came out and determined that Quality Septic and their service technician, Jody, never opened or drained the dosing tank which is a standard part of the septic service call, according to them. I had to pay another total service call to the new septic company to come out and complete the job that I paid Quality Septic $465 to do just a couple days earlier. I contacted Quality Septic before calling the other company and explained what had not be done during their service appointment at my house. The gentleman I spoke to took in the office(Alex) took all my information and was going to pass it on to his general manager, Josh at Quality Septic. I obviously had to go ahead and get the other company to come out and complete the job that wasn't done completely the first time by Quality Septic. As of the time of this review, I still have not heard back from Quality Septic or their management. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Quality Septic at all!

Steer clear!…read more Purchased a home with a septic system this company installed (5 years ago). I wanted to get the tank pumped and figured I would pay for an inspection to make sure everything is OK. So naturally I reach out to the people who installed it. The crew shows up an hour late. The first thing they say is "how bad the system is set up", "why was it done this way", and "I would have never done it this way". (Reassuring considering this is the same company that did install this system.) Instead of opening the exposed and accessible septic cover, they proceed to literally dig up, as in covered in dirt and grass, the abandoned tank and start pumping it. After scratching their heads for some time they figure out that they are pumping the abandoned tank and start taking a look at the active system. Poke around at it for a few minutes and proceed to tell me "I don't really know what's going on here. We pumped the abandoned tank half way and stopped because it can pop out of the ground if we pump all the way out. I'm going to go back to the office and try to get more information and then have someone call you with info. I also am going to try and not fully charge you for the pumping as we didn't pump your active tank." I pay them by check for the full amount assuming this will still be completed. Service was the 5th, I had not heard anything by the 18th so I called and was told "the person that needed to go over the report was on a job and would take a look at it first thing". Next day another call that the person that need to look at it got busy and will look at it by end of week. Weekend comes and goes and still having heard nothing, on the 24th I emailed that I had no confidence in this company and would like a refund. Magically I am emailed a report that says everything is all good. I receive a call where I am told "The owner was actually on vacation since the new year and only just returned to look at the report". So at no point was anyone actually going to be reviewing this report as I was told. I'm also told "Everything was completed correctly during the inspection and everything is fine". They want to send the tech out again to "check the levels again". I let them know I did not wish the person to return due to the conflicting info and "The report is useless to me since I don't trust the information on it. At this point I would prefer a refund because I cannot trust the company." They have stopped responding.
