Flow Pro later returned to correct the issue, and the installation passed final inspection on the third attempt. The job was ultimately completed, but I had to repeatedly follow up with Flow Pro to get the permit and inspection issues resolved. What should have taken 7 to 10 days took 9 weeks.

Lee's was called out to repair a leaking shower valve. They could not remove the valve and had no…read moreknowledge of the system. They also could not identify the manufacturer for replacement. They concluded we needed to replace the entire system which included cutting a large hole in the wall for access. They claimed no door could be installed because of the large size of the hole. They also could not guarantee that a drywall repair would be invisible since it is always in plain sight. Upon reinstallation a $600 temperature controller was damaged beyond repair as a direct result of their lack of plumbing knowledge. To my surprise they wanted $50 for what they did with a 3% credit card fee which I never pay. I offered the $50 but no more for doing nothing but they left refusing payment. Another company was assigned to this project and just breezed through it with little effort. I believe they should be upfront and disclose the $50 estimate charges along with their 3% credit card fees. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
