Chad came by soon after and took at look at the situation, promising to get us an estimate by the next day. (He also noticed some of our gutters needed a couple of extra screws, and he just fixed that for us while he was here. Thanks!) We got the estimate as promised and were surprised that it was not as much as we feared it might be. Chad told us that it might be up to 30 days before they could know what day they could come by to do the work, but they called just a couple of days later and it was completed the following day by Jesse and Jared. They did a great job! (That included retrieving the pieces of the replacement siding we had stored in the rafters of our garage (Jenga-style). We will probably need a window replaced sometime in the next year or two and we already know who we will call. Recommend!

Their own words "they took more than they could handle" and I need to contact another contractor to finish the job. They would often refer unfinished projects to another company and that company reached out and wouldn't complete it since my residence is in Rochester and they are based on the city. Said company confirmed that often Service Restoration takes numerous projects and end up pushing the rest of the projects to them. Very unfortunate and frustrating.
