Heaven's best did a phenomenal job getting difficult stains out of my light grey rug. My only issue is when returning the rug he didn't wear a mask saying it was because he wasn't scared. He went on to let me know that his 2 employees were quarantining because they'd been exposed. I was stunned and had him leave the rug and I put it back in place myself. It's not about fear. Very impressed with Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning. I had them do my home carpets and couches, and I tell you, it made them look ten years younger! I subsequently had them clean the halls and treatment rooms of my acupuncture clinic. Just that little "sprucing up", of having nice bright clean carpets, beyond what vacuuming can do, gave the office such a lift! They tout fully non-toxic cleansers. You never quite know before you try... but yes, I was relieved and can happily say that even our most chemically-sensitive clients had no trouble at all with the cleaning solution (its a pleasant citrus scent) . I had them clean carpets in 4 average sized bedrooms, grout (sealing) in 3 average size bathrooms and a small kitchen/dining room along with one ottoman cleaning and it was $1461. We could accept the ridiculous price IF the service was superior, but it was far from it. Two of the bedrooms still had many stains and the tile throughout our home looked exactly the same (stained). Attempted to communicate our dissatisfaction, but played phone tag with Bret. Our goal was to express our concerns in hopes of coming up with a mutual resolution. When we did reach him that didn't remotely happen. He didn't offer to come back out or lower price; he just stated he's been in this business many years and not all stains come out. You would think since they service Mountain Air Country Club and cost over $1000, we would receive some sort of customer service and their reviews are good. We have had a ton of upgrades done to our home recently and have never been treated this poorly. Please heed my warning that this company is obviously use to big jobs that will pay big money, not the average family household. Stick with local service providers that have values and integrity...we learned our lesson the hard way. read more

I've called on Heaven's Best a number of times to clean upholstery and light colored carpet, badly stained from fostered puppies and kittens, as well as water stains. They could not be better. They show up when they say they will, are friendly and helpful, and don't waste any time getting the job done, and the price is decent. Well folks, I'm taking some precious time during my daughter's nap to let everyone know what a wonderful experience I had with Heaven's Best. First, Lisa is an absolute joy to work with. She's just one of those people who treats you like family and makes you feel like she wants to take care of you the same way she'd take care of her own family. The owner (Brett) came out to give me a quote to clean and seal the grout in my bathrooms. The quote was reasonable and Brett was professional and knowledgable. I called to schedule the cleaning and was scheduled to get service by John. Day of appointment John called to tell me he "Had to pull over to the side of the road to puke his brains out" so we rescheduled for the next day. On day of appointment, John called me more than an hour before the scheduled appointment to tell me he was sitting in my driveway and needed to finish his day early. I came home immediately to see his equipment sitting by my front door. The wheels were filthy with grit and I told him I had white carpet and he would need to carry the equipment to the bathroom. I asked them to wear booties over their shoes or remove their shoes and he refused. John proceeded to fill his cleaning tank with water from my kitchen sink and then it dripped over my kitchen floor as he walked to the first bathroom. He put the tank in his equipment and it continued to drip so he wiped the bottom of his equipment with my provided towel and when I saw all the dirt that came onto the towel I told him he'd have to carry that with the towel under it. He told me that whatever came off the towel would not get on my carpet. Oh I was not born yesterday or under a rock. Then John told me if I didn't like his equipment he would leave. I told him it was dirty and I wanted to protect my white carpet. Then he told me that he waited an hour for me which in reality, he was an hour early. Then he told me I could clean up the bathroom floor that he just sprayed so I told him he could clean it up. As he did so, he said he could charge me for the cleaner.
