He said maybe a new toilet. He left. Called Advanced, John Lyman came out. Looked over the drains (sink and shower) no others were backed up. He cleared the clog and we were good. He told me it is guaranteed for 30 days and don't hesitate to call us if it clogs again. Amen to an honest company. Summary - don't use A. J. Drain Savers came a few hours later and over 2 hours fixed the problem with their monster snake and this included removing and replacing a toilet. Brian and Stephen were friendly and super competent (and very nice). They wore booties to avoid marking our floors and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. They told me it cracked because the drain was all rusted out but as you can see it from the photo I attached they cracked the pipe with the snake!! Needless to say I will never use these guys again.
