Took my newer expedition to get tinted yesterday. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, all of the electronics on the dash blacked out. The audio in the speakers no longer work because during the tint install, they used excessive water which destroyed some audio components under the dash. After letting them know immediately after it happened, and the obvious source is their install job, they refuse to own up and cover the repair. I will now have to involved a third party to arbitrate the repair cost to them unless they reach out and stand behind their service before I pay the final bill. I should have listened to their yelp rating here. read more

Used them in the past and used them recently. They are top notch. Very friendly and fast. I'm glad I kept their receipt because I had forgotten their name and I needed my new car's windows tinted. My wish for them would be that they create advertising stickers that I could put on cars with bad tints to let the car owner know there is a better way lol. read more

Went to get tints on my vehicle (2023 honda accord). I already knew what type of tint I wanted but they didn't have the film out carry it, so I went with ceramic they had in stock. The person there didn't really provide input or suggestions. Usually when I've gotten tints from other places they usually provide some help on to which is best or go for the least expensive since there's a minimal difference. Since I've gotten the call back the same day I notice some bubbling and fuzzys. Especially in the front windshield there is a strand of hair or lint that I can see. But haven't taken it back since it'll be a hassle to. I barely notice it now. And there is bubbles that hasn't fully gone away on the rear windshield. These aren't issues that bother me so much so haven't taken it in. They provide lifetime time warranty on there work and I think 1 time window breaks(not sure). They were friendly and professional. I would go back to them for tints in the future. I would recommend doing some homework and deciding what kind of film you want before heading in. read more

I've been using QWT for almost twenty years on six different cars. The previous owners of my current house also had them tint the back windows of the house. QWT's employees are always super friendly. My most recent tint job was on my 2015 WRX, tinted back in 2014. Earlier this year, the tint on the back window and the driver's side window started to bubble. However due to the lifetime warranty QWT replaced the tint (I just had to bring a copy of my receipt - which luckily I had saved). read more

I know timing is key, on a call 1 year later for some minor bubbles on a window in my 2021 traiboss they told me to come straight out. This was my second time dealing with Quality Window Tinting and it was fantastic as usual. The first time was around the holidays, 2020 when my 2012 KIA Optima's window tinting was bubbling really bad and I had QWT remove it. They did a fantastic job and I was very happy with the results. The second time I dealt with QWT was in Spring of 2021 when I wanted my brand new 2021 Kia K5 window's tinted. I dropped the car off at 9:00am and the friendly staff took care of my order. The car was finished within just a few hours and when I arrived to pick it up, it looked perfect. This is a reputable local business that treats its customers right. Quality Window Tinting did a great job tinting our home windows. We have a direct west view and it can get very hot in the summer. Justin did the install and did a great job. I'm not quite sure where all the negatives came from. I've had at least 5 cars tinted here. Service has always been fast and professional. The quality of work has always been excellent. I've never needed to make any warranty claims as the jobs have always been done right the first time! I find their prices to be identical to everywhere else. While I don't keep cars for 10 years, I've never had and any issues with bubbling, peeling, turning purple, etc. read more

Terrible service. Had my windows peel for the third time now. They tried to give me a hard time hoping I would take it elsewhere and I should have. They cut my car with a razor blade and scratched my door panel. When I brought that to their attention they denied it and told me to get off their lot. read more

One star is generous. This was the worst experience I've EVER had in terms of customer service. I was cursed at numerous times and told to go somewhere else. All because I wanted to tell the guys I was stepping out and I wanted to give them my cell number. From the guy in the garage "hold the F on" "I wasn't going to jump out of that car to see what the F you want" As another business owner, this was truly embarrassing for them. For a company that applies illegal tint on vehicles while turning away, you would think they would bend over backwards for their customers. This is the only place that I'll take my cars for window tinting. I've had two done by them, and they did a great job both times. The store doesn't look like much from the outside, but the guys that work there are nice, the price is fair, and they have a great lifetime warranty. I've never had to use it though, because my windows look just as good as the day they tinted them. Give them a call, and they'll give you a price over the phone based on what model you have. They have higher quality tints like ceramic that of course cost more, but I just go for the basic stuff and it does great. No bubbling, peeling, or fading. read more

One star is even a stretch. I scheduled my appointment and upon approval was greeted with a less than happy gentleman who took my keys and proceeded into the garage to finish up another tint job. About 3 minutes passed before I start hearing two guys arguing and dropping 20 F bombs about one of them not pulling their weight in the garage. The gentleman I originally spoke with came back out into the waiting room a couple minutes later and told him I needed my keys back because of what I was hearing in the garage. He attempted to justify their argument by saying it was between the two of them and I shouldn't worry about it. Terrible customer service and I wouldn't suggest that anyone even consider this garage. I would happily pay a premium to get it done somewhere else that values their customers and their experience. read more

I love the guys at Quality Window Tint! They did the tint on my car 7 years ago, and it still looks great! Pair that with the lifetime warranty, and they have a customer for life. Collectively they have tinted the windows for 13 of my family members and friends (and for a few, it's their second or third car), with the most recent being my husband's car last August. The tint looks great, it's black and won't fade like some tints will. It also has held up extremely well with no bubbling. These guys are quick and effective. When we took my brother's truck there a number of years ago, they only had to tint the two front windows, and they were done within 45 minutes. Tinting your windows is the best thing you can do to protect the interior of your car and these guys are the best at their craft. And have I mentioned how affordable they are? Last year they tinted my husband's Cruze for about $170. Give them a call sooner, rather than later, because they book up pretty quick. read more

1st time to have problem, Car had big scratch plus film trash in back seat..Trash not such big deal, reply of owner and installer basically customer is at fault...Scratch reply by owner not our fault we cut on other side,,car is 9 years old,, we do new cars worth 100k,,,installer look at me i am dressed same as when installing i have nothing that could scratch your car,,I pointed out his watch, jewelery, buttons, belt reply was do not brow beat me,,,On trash in back seat reply was guy who came to pick up car was ansy.....
