I needed my 2013 Toyota Prius detailed. Background: I researched detailing places around me, but all had such a range of reviews that I just wasn't willing to commit to a place. My car was scotch guarded but heavily stained. The engine was dirty, tires grimy and headlights cloudy. Review: A friend recommended this as a fantastic business for getting my car detailed. This friend treats her cars well, so I was a wee bit nervous about having it worked on. I called and was able to get an appointment for the upcoming week. I asked for the full detail (starting at $150) and headlights cleaned ($10 each). I dropped the car off at 8 am and it was ready at 4:15 pm. It is immaculate and looks brand new! I bought a car that smells like smoke. I read reviews, I talked to the people and I finally settled on a business that has been established for 17 years. The people were confident they could remove the smell and even commented, "that it isn't that bad compared to what they have smelled before.... I got charged an extra 20$ for a fresh bomb of some type at the end. I was SO excited to pick up my new car. Well I love the car but the detail-- smoke removal was unsuccessful and not good. My car was obviously a rush job and not taken seriously as they couldn't even be bothered to clean the center storage thing- it still has the garbage from the previous owner... and aside from the smoke he left behind it wasn't cluttered, just a bit dirty and a lot smoky for non smokers.... ...the mats were sopping wet as if they waited until the VERY end of the day to work on the car when I brought it inthe previously evening. What the hell? I had confidence going into this decision that far exceeded its customers quotes and man was I way off in choosing the established company. I was so confident in them that I paid a 20$ tip prior to smelling the car-- I'm an idiot when it comes to tips So I paid a whopping $230 and the car isn't clean-- they did the smelly bomb in the end.. which spread all the dust from the vents throughout the relatively clean car. At least with the oil change places I get the car as cleaned but also an oil change and less then 100$. I went here and it's as if I just threw 230$ at their building and went without a car for 24 hours for nothing at all as I'm at square one now I wanted to call them to discuss this but I was too upset. Feel like they looked and me and felt they took advantage .... I am sad they wasted my time and money and now I have to try their competitors (AFTER getting ozium bombs-- in car now done and then an ion generator--- at least these thief's made me realize I need to do the real work on my own cause anyone will tellyou what you want to hear but rarely stand behind it -- especially once they have your money and tip in hand. I will post pics of the vehicle later...at this point I have the quotes from yelp and the one I paid (I feel so stupid!) for 210$ plus 20$ tip Finally, after I left my husband and I were talking and the man I tipped I believe was the owner... I have OFTEN had owners turn down a tip as it's not practice to tip The owner..I'm not surprised... It goes along with this whole experience Aside from the crappy crappy job, the people are very friendly and nice... the place is directly across from the courthouse so easy location. Instead of renting or chasing down someone honest -- does that exist anymore-- to remove the smoke from my car I just purchased an ozone generator for 100$ from amazon that has had amazing results... need one? I will be selling mine as soon as the smoke is removed :) read more

Where to begin. I called up at 5pm to see how much it would cost and how quickly I could get my car detailed. I had a 6 month old Subaru Legacy that we want to keep in good shape. They let me know they could fit it in the next morning for a full detail. I showed up before 8 to drop my car off and they were already open, ready to amp up for the day. These guys did an awesome job on my car. It wasn't overly dirty but with some dog hair, dust, pop spills on the console and dirt on the rubber matts it needed work. They killed it and made it look brand new again after being driven in for 6 months with no cleaning. Not only that but since it was a rainy day he told me that if it needs washed again on the outside, they'd be happy to do that free of charge. Awesome guys, awesome work and I'll definitely be back regularly. I'd highly recommend them for a great car detail at a reasonable price. Thanks again! read more

Rule #1 for auto detailing estimates: it doesn't count unless it's done in person. Any other quote (as in over the phone) is at best a "starting at" price. Having said that, the VERY hardworking guys at Supreme will assess your auto and give you a FAIR price based on what all needs to be done. They are not judgy about your car's condition and best of all...wait for it.. not the least bit condescending (ladies, are you listening?). I went here because evening traffic would often stop me in front of the place. I was very impressed by the condition of the cars rolling out of there and also impressed by the care they take keeping the premises looking primo when finishing out the day. I figured they would take as good care of my vehicle. SO... I took my 06 wrangler for interior detailing before putting it up for sale. I forgot to mention that I had to hang out in the waiting room since I am not blessed with anyone willing to come and pick me up. I was a little concerned that by hanging out I would cause pressure to get the job done quickly but assured the guys I was is no hurry and they were very accommodating. The waiting area was warm at 9am (20 degrees outside), cable tv, hot and cold spring water dispenser and soda machine, clean bathroom, ample seating, and a nice selection of magazines that were not sportsy or carsy...nice touch! I know, it seems like up to this point I've gotten what I paid for, right? Great customer service, a nice place to hang out for 3 hours...Well when I went out for the reveal I was astounded! I know that jeep has never looked so good..not even when I bought it. I had no idea it was so dirty and full of dog hair (black dog/black carpet, right?). It looks fantastic, I am so pleased, I'm going back with my other car next week- int/ext! If you're thinking about detailing, or just need to show yourself some love before the holidays sweep you away..DO NOT HESITATE, this place is for real. read more

We had an accidental spill of diesel oil in our SUV a few weeks ago. We tried to get it up, and air out the smell to no avail. We had to get it professionally cleaned. A search led me to Supreme on York. What a great outfit! Great people, and within an hour my car was sparkling on the outside with all nooks and crannies cleaned inside and out. My car was where dog hair went to die. This crew did an amazing job getting all the hair out. On top of that they scrubbed all the mud and dirt my dog had smeared on my headrest. I can't say enough! They were super open about the price and totally lived up to the expectation! read more

I received a gift card for a free auto detailing from the orthodontist that I refer to as an appreciation for the business that I send her. My wife called over a week ahead of time to secure an appointment on a Friday which is my day off.The appointment time was at 9:00am. When I showed up, I gave an employee (the owner's son) my gift card. He looked at it, went inside to talk to his father. He came out a few minutes later and told me that I would have to bring it back on a Monday or Tuesday during their slower days when they are not so busy???!! I spent over an hour of my time on my off day, and I was extremely angry that I was blown off. I asked him how much it would cost out of my pocket and he stated it would be $195.00. What an absolute joke. What a pathetic way to run a business. read more

I was quoted over the phone $65 for an interior detail clean including shampooing and when I went to pick up the car they tried to charge me almost double that!! I am never going back here again. After calling around I would of been about to get a $65 cleaning at a number of other local places that probably would not of tried to rip me off. read more
