My brother-in-law used to work at The BMW Store/MINI Store. They trust this location for their tinting needs. When I got a MINI, I got it tinted here. Now with my new car, I also got a tint here today again. They are usually by appointment, but I just dropped by today to see if they could do a drop-in, and it was totally fine. Took them maybe 40 minutes to tint my front windows to match the rears. I've been there 3 times, and every time it has been quick and easy, also cheaper than I expected. Basically $35/window. I believe I heard that "Limo Tint" is a bit more, as is removal of existing tint. Pro Touch tints and details MANY local dealers. I've only had good dealings with them (3x). Tints can be done in an hour or less most times. Totally worth it. Recommended. read more

Took a work van in to be detailed inside and out. It was very dirty both inside and out but since I was paying 150 dollars to get it completely detailed, I figured it would come back looking brand new. Positives - They did vacuum all the crap out of the van (there was a lot!) and the outside looked good and so did the tires. Negatives - Forgot what the detail of detailing means....so many places that were not easy to wipe over were left untouched and I had to point them out to the people. Still had places that were untouched after leaving. Also, after 20 hours, the seats are still soaking, and I mean soaking wet..so much so that I had to change shirts just from driving it home. I wouldn't go back as I feel like I received a glorified carwash and not a true detailing. It appears like they did a great job but looking closer, as someone spending 150 should, it did not come close to what I have received from a detailing company in the past. Would not recommend anyone looking to get a vehicle truly detailed. If you want a car wash, it could work as that. read more

So, I took my extremely filthy four door Jeep Wrangler into the shop. I was very embarrassed about the condition of the interior . After four hours I picked up my Jeep which looked completely brand new. Formally multiple stains on all my seating were clean without a mark. I am so excited about the work that was done. Had expensive vehicle windows tinted and they never tinted the windshield after having their employee quote me the price twice to include the windshield. I asked the employee why they didn't finish the job he was very rude and lied about the price them the owner called me and he was hateful rude and disrespectful never been talked to or treated this in my life. Been doing business with this place for 20 years, always been happy, always went back and referred 100s of people. My last visit will be exactly that, my vehicle was poorly cleaned when I returned all I got was excuses. I'm glad I learned today because I had another vehicle going in for tint and detail next week. Dropped car off this morning early and had them do the interior.... with special attention on the upholstery. Stains I could not get out. They sure got them out! And the interior looks like a brand new car. Very reasonable to boot! Highly recommend! read more

I took my car to them to have it detailed & washed/polished before selling it. The carpets were cleaned very well but that's about it. The interior was still dusty, the steering wheel was still dirty, the console had foil in it (that wasn't mine?), and while they had clearly moved things around in the trunk (which was a front license place kit so nothing strenuous to move by any means), they clearly did not vacuum it. They had done *something* to the a/c & radio controls--evidenced only by the streaks left behind. This was literally a $130 job I could have done better myself. read more

I came here extremely last minute. My dog pooped in my car and got it everywhere. I called them and they were able to get me in within the hour and did a wonderful job on my car. I am so happy with the service and they were all very friendly. I felt horrible bringing my car in, in that shape, but they were so kind and did a great job. It was also reasonably priced. Not at all impressed. Had an interior detail today. Poor quality- I could have gotten a better cleaning if I paid a teenager $20 to vacuum and wipe down the vinyl. I had to go back to the business to complain. I requested a refund but was refused. Will never return to this business. Save your money. Warning: STAY AWAY PEOPLE! Went to the one in Florence. Called prior to make an appointment. They quoted me $20 for a cleaning/repair to my floor board and carpet for laundry detergent damage from Kroger. While I was driving there I decided to treat myself to a complete interior cleaning for $70. Over the phone this company/owner is a mess. The girls that work the counter are not given the ability to make decisions or answer any questions. When I got there to pick up the car the receipt for $20 was now $10. I explained I was quoted $20. The girl couldn't help me and called KIM STEINBORN. The girl told KIM STEINBORN that I wanted to talk to her. I just wanted a receipt for the amount I was quoted. The phone conversation was wrought with lies, condescension and falsities. KIM STEINBORN argued with me over $10 saying I was wrong and not only did she not give a shit about my business but she was going to lose a customer (and her friends and family) over $10. I just moved here from Chicago and was hoping to get our mustang, Jetta and Beetle Turbo outfitted with cool window tinting and possibly monthly car detailing. KIM STEINBORN decided to lose that business and more over $10 and the joy of arguing with a first time customer. KIM STEINBORN you are a shrewd business woman and a great example to your employees. Nice job asshole. I didn't even get to mention the awful detailing job. I left the car there all day from 9am-5pm. Had my 10 year old toyota corolla's interior and exterior detailed today for $120 and it looks fantastic. I had considered having it painted due to its lackluster appearance but after having it buffed and polished it looks shiny again. Would not recommend this place, took my car there to have windows tinted they said it would take an hour and half, four hours later it was not finished. After them having it for nearly 6 hours, they did a mediocre job. One window had to be redone, it was very difficult getting them to reschedule to get the window re-done. When you call they seem VERY DISORGANIZED! They are not conscious of there's customer's time and are not really that friendly! read more
