We had a *BIG* family house warming party with boating in the plans and needed to have the boat up and running. Trying to get a shop to even give a straight answer as to when it could be diagnosed was proving darned near impossible with ghosting after scheduled appointments that were missed. Called Stephen - he offered to check it out. His knowledge is vast! He even said he'd have us on the water in time for the family party. Communications were STELLAR!!! He let us know what he found, what he intended on doing, the status, sending pics, when parts were ordered, then delivered, then test drive results, etc... Yes - he test drives it! We had our boat in ship-shape (sorry - pun intended) and pulling our family on rafts and wake boards just as he promised. Actually, Stephen really went above and beyond, and then... He even contacted us durning the weekend to check up on us and see how the boat was doing!!!! Are you kidding!? What amazing service and kind attention to your customers. Again - look no further! The second rental was a 2022 Sun Tracker Party Barge 22 DLX. We had a great time on both occasions. They will hook up the trailer upon arrival and detach upon returning. The staff is friendly and informative. They go over all that you need to rent, operate, and transport your rental. Just bring back the rental clean and unbroken with the tank full and you will have a smooth experience. Pick up took about an hour and returing took about 20min. I will be coming back here when I need to rent another craft. I highly recommend this company.

They said no problem bring them in . They were up & running within a timely manner. Took them to the river this weekend & they both ran great like new. I was pressed for time and had a small window to get this done. I called and spoke to Nathan and he was able to accommodate my schedule and get the job done and on time. A bit about the service. I did receive a call from Nathan about my jet skis and he was able to thoroughly provide a status and clearly explained what he found. My main concern was the switch, he tested the switch and the relay and everything was good. He told me how to rectify the problem and did not recommend changing any parts. I asked about replacing with new parts and he told me it would function the same. I appreciated his honesty and was pleased he did not take advantage of an opportunity to make more money! The customer service was outstanding! I talked to both Nathan and Marina and they both were nice and pleasant. When I arrived they both greeted me and helped me unhook my trailer. When I came to pick up my jet skis, Nathan showed me my old parts and explained what was done. Marina took my payment and they both assisted with hooking up my trailer. I definitely will be back to winterize and service my jet skis. Great job Nathan and Marina!
