THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT OR RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Now there was no answer at their phone number so I sent a text instead to voice my frustration. I told them they will not stay in business long if they're going to treat people like that. I mean they could have at least called me back if they planned on leaving, right?? Common courtesy, right? Then I said I will just go to their competition instead if they don't care, but to my surprise I received the following reply... "Go ahead. Losing just one wont hurt us." This made me tell them I would be compelled to post a review to let people know what they did. Here is their next reply... "Go ahead. I have to review it first then it can be publish lol." So, obviously they don't care when it comes right down to it. I'm not saying don't go, but just be advised that if you do, you could end up wasting your time and money driving there. I started with a 60 min massage, and then changed it to 90 mins so that she could get rid of the tightness in my shoulders/upper back and also have extra time to work on the rest of my body.
