We were brought to our locker rooms and they were clean, had our names and chocolates in the lockers. Very nice touch! Our robe sizes and slides were also in our lockers. There is a large shower, 2 bathroom stalls and vanity with make up lighting. We then walked to the lobby area. This was where we started to have thoughts. Employees were talking in full volume. Not very relaxing. They also kept coming in and out of the room, talking, stocking snacks constantly! Again not very relaxing. The water was nice with a lemon. My boyfriend went to get water for hot tea but the water was room temp. Not very comforting. The massages were nice. I had Ingrid and she was lovely! She did a great job and was soft in speaking during the massage. My boyfriend said his massage therapist was talking at normal volume and didn't find it as relaxing. Afterwards we said in the lobby area again. In my opinion, the fireplace at maple grove is more welcoming and comforting. I don't think with all of the interruptions that it was actually a 90 minute massage, probably closer to 75 minutes. I think Zen could benefit from hiring a receptionist.
