There's a variety of dining options, from Zoe's to Stoneworks and Sushi Zushi! They have high end shopping and all kinds of great things that you can always use around the home. Parking is easy, and there's plenty of ingress/egress points along Basse and Broadway, and even the back streets. I am happy with the fact that they have some outdoor amenities that aren't required for a shopping center, but are nice additions. They have outdoor benches with beautiful landscaping. There's an outdoor fountain (that I've never seen full of water) with some benches to watch people getting their taxes filed. There's 24 hour security around here, they keep a good eye over what's going on around here, so I feel safe. I wish that they had more bike parking.

Anyway, it is a great mall great shopping well laid out very clean. Very safe has nice parking options, including a garage and a couple of different places that you can use. I used one of the garages this morning outside of Dillard's. Helped shield the car from the heat and me too. :-) I really do have a great selection of stores and shopping and they also have good prices that can be found, including great sales and some of these wonderful flagship stores and the mini special entrance stores inside the mall.

These days we go once or month or so to take his mom shopping for things she needs. Her go-to spots are Saks and Dillards. You can tell that back in the heyday of malls North Star would have been deemed awe-inspiring. The mall itself is very clean and spacious with all of the typical shops you expect to find (anchor stores, smaller stores, etc.). Lots of food options including The Cheesecake Factory and others. Easily accessible from the highway. And, who can forget the best part and my favorite part? The legendary and ginormous cowboy boots sculpture(s). In fact, the largest boots in the world.

There are plenty of cool shops in here, including a great clothing shop for men, a cool place to learn about how to pour drinks, a bunch of professional offices, and a decent Mexican restaurant. On Sundays, the 78209 Farmers Market goes on here in the parking lot. It's not the largest farmers market in town, but there are some delicious deals to be had here. This shopping center is on the corner of a weird 6 way intersection that would've been a lot better off with a roundabout than the strange intersection. It can take forever to get in and out of this shopping center with the complicated intersection. There's plenty of parking in here, I've never seen it full. There's lots of shade here too, from all the oak trees in the parking lot. The place is usually picked up and the landscaping is well maintained. I like going to this shopping center, but they could use some more cool shops.

Sol y Luna is renown for their margaritas, and Revolucion Coffee is a fantastic place to grab a cup o' brew. There's always plenty of parking around here, and there's even a 24 hour guard on duty to keep things safe. There's other public works of art here, like a fountain that never runs, lots of plants, a modern art piece called "Modern Dog" and a few bird baths. In the rear of the center are a few professional offices, mostly doctors offices. In the very, very back is an alleyway that allows for a quick cut through to Sunset from Terra Alta. One of my favorite things about this center, other than the shopping bags, are the cats. They run this place. They're all over the place.

It's nice how much shade there is from all the foliage here. It also includes the shops over on the other end of the parking lot, like a great burger shop, a dry cleaner, a coffee shop, and an awesome sandwich shop. It can be a bit of a pain getting in and out of this shopping center. It's at a weird 6-way intersection at the entrance of Alamo Heights. The lights here can take forever to change. If you're attempting to come at this place from Sunset & N New Braunfels, that light changes like the seasons. My favorite thing about this shopping center is the public work of art that they've installed on the corner of the 6-way intersection, a monument to the underappreciated moth. The moth monument is larger than life, and colorfully reminds us of the moth's importance to the neighborhood.

Now we have a bunch of chain stores, like Target and PetCo. There is a great fried chicken place on the east side of the center, Earl Able's. Parking is easy through here, and it's easy to get in and out of here. There's lots of places to eat around here, and lots of places to shop. They've really made this shopping center look a lot better. It's all part of the Austin Highway Renaissance.

Their items are always changing so if you find something, make sure you pick it up quickly! The lines are definitely shorter in the evening and early morning. For weekends, expect to wait a good 15-20 minutes from lunch to dinner time. Also, the store is pretty clean! Not messy like other stores that sell a mixture of different brands.

This place has plenty of head-in parking, with enough ingress and egress points into the center. It's located on a hard intersection of Brees and .North New Braunfels, just down the street from Alamo Heights High School. It's anchored by a CVS, which is in sad shape. There's some benches in the shade here, and nice landscaping, so it's a pleasant place to hang out- especially if you stop in to the great food places or the Baskin Robbins located within the center. The center backs up to a hill, which makes some of the other shops a little difficult to get to. The EZ's in here has won numerous architectural awards for its innovative design. It's a good place for destination shopping. There's bike parking along the covered walkway. It's well picked up, and well managed. Overall a good shopping center!
