She forgot to tell the mechanic so after the oil change I had to wait until another spot opened up. literally 2 washers and 2 nuts and 5 minutes....15 dollars. finally my car gets done and I get in. guess what...the maintenance required light is STILL ON. I ask if it can be reset and NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO RESET IT!!!! "hold on, ill have to look it up" 20 seconds later I googled it and had the answer. I didn't say a word. 5 minutes later they finally figured it out. DO NOT GO HERE!!! IM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
