They provided me a quote and managed the project to this quote very effectively (particularly since they did not know how much dry rot they would find until they did the demolition). I got great advice about what work was needed (and just as importantly what was not). The team that did the work was very professional and kept a very clean job site. The project started and ended pretty much as planned. It was obvious throughout the project that they really knew what they were doing. Even though these guys are based in Southern California they do projects in the Bay Area. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were SIGNIFICANTLY lower than a local guy, but the quality of work I got was very high.
