Service today was great. I went with my friend from Mexico and she know all the good things to order from the menu. Our experience started with a complementary appetizer of ceviche. We had the paella as our main.. [[HIGHLIGHT]]some of the other reviews mention the music being too loud, yes, it's a little bit louder than some American restaurants may have, however the volume is authentic to most Latin restaurants that I've been to as was the food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So if you're paying for an authentic experience, this place is amazing. I waiting close to 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. I finally got a menu and got to place my order. They brought out chips and salsa but nothing to drink. No water. No nothing. I had to wave down a random bartender for water. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was very hard to hear what anyone was saying bc it was so loud in there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also do a little presentation for anyone's birthday/special occasion. Came here for the first time and omg the place was immaculately clean and the help was so friendly. We ordered the chickens fajitas and they were amazing. Food was amazing. I got the chimichanga. My daughter got the chicken quesadilla and fries. Husband got enchiladas. Drinks were tasty. The bunny special looked super cool and would be worth the price if you're into taking photos of cool menu items. A bit pricy for my taste, but cute. read more

Food was average, and the service was poor waiter didn't know the menu we ordered the 4 drink jelly drinks. He came with 4 margaritas with a higher price asked about those are not the one on the menu and he said if he change them he will have to pay for them. Later he agree to change them and he only added Tajin to the glass rim and brought up the same drinks. Nearly checked on us. At the time ordering a dessert asked if churros were filled he simply said he had no clue. He went back to the kitchen and came back with the ingredients from the box. At the end after taking my leftovers I requested a bag and was denied by one of the supervisors due to the bag shortage they had. I was invited to go to Que Pashoo to celebrate my birthday. It was a surprise and a nice one at that. It was impossible to hear the servers, much less my significant other across the table from me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This went on for an hour and a half.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Secondly, we were served nothing more than chips, salsa, queso, and a mediocre drink for the first hour and 15 minutes we were there. The only reason given was "we are very busy and the kitchen is backed up". 1/4 of the restaurant was empty. The bar was getting food faster than we were at a table. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was sitting in a booth and there was an electrical spark that kept going off, almost hitting me in the head multiple times.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would like to say they were heavily dismissive towards the whole situation. I was given compensation but in the conversation about the spark felt unimportant and dismissed. We were told it was a "light switch being turned on and off very quickly".
