On my way home to from visiting family up north decided to stop here for a little extra caffeine and was happy to see they had a drive-through because I have my pug with me. I love coffee shops in small towns. They were really sweet too my pup who is a little extra. She was excited to slurp down a pup cup. An oasis in a desert of fast food restaurants and hotel/motel coffee, this place made feel like I could be anywhere... and that was super welcome. When they hand you a cappuccino and it's light as a feather but has all the good stuff you need when working from 7:00pm to 6:000am, you know they did it right. I'll be back next time I'm in town for sure! I only wish they would stay open later in the day. read more

The coffee is perfectly great. The service is great. And I'm grateful that this place is in Socorro for when I pass through. Anybody who is body shaming the baristas in these reviews or trying to tell them how to live their lives and teach them a lesson maybe ought to look in the mirror. They are young people trying to do their jobs. read more

Coffee was very good. Staff was terrible. Three young teenagers running the shop is a nightmare. We were ready to order and one of the brats wouldn't shut up about the fight she was having with her boyfriend long enough for us to place an order. The more mature of the three finally told her to be quiet long enough so we could talk. While waiting for our order we heard plenty of f bombs and other unprofessional language. I felt like I was in the high school girls locker room, not a place of business. My advice to the owner: fire the overweight, chatty one. She seems to be the problem. The other two will probably be ok with some guidance and leadership. read more

Went last week and they only have the drive thru open. The coffee is decent, but the young lady in the drive thru asked me if I would like to leave a tip. I'm usually generous when it comes to tipping, but I felt obligated giving a tip via drive thru. read more

I'm gonna give this place a one star but will change it in the future if they I improve. We really need a great coffee shop in Socorro. We went to try this new one on opening day. Really excited! Location is great. Atmosphere is great. Pastries were decent. Coffee was terrible. I kinda noticed it while standing in line. They were serving up iced coffee but it looked the same color as iced tea. Very week. My wife got an iced latte and it was almost white the coffee was so week. All you could tast was the flavor syrup. I got a latte with no syrup and it was not good at all. In fact I dumped it out. This place will be great once they learn how to make espresso. Will keep trying to see if they improve. I really want them to. read more

I've had multiple disappointing experiences here due to consistently poor customer service. Most of the staff--including the owner--come across as rude and uninterested, as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. One visit stood out in particular: while waiting in the drive-thru, the owner looked directly at us, then turned her back and left us sitting there for several minutes without any acknowledgment before eventually walking off. That kind of behavior is both frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, coffee options in Socorro are limited, which is the only reason I've returned. I will say there is one employee who is consistently friendly and respectful--that's been the only bright spot. The drinks themselves can be good, but they're inconsistent; some days they're great, other times just mediocre. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the service side of this business needs significant improvement. read more
