Really a ZERO!! Walked in on a Sunday afternoon around 2:00pm. They had a total of 4 customers, I wasn't in there 2minutes and he says to me " To busy!" Whaaaat? I said to busy for a pedicure? Being new to the area, I've gone 1 x a month for a mani/pedi for the last 6 months at Queen's. Most were good. Last month due to the negligence of the male giving the pedicure and after me asking him to keep my big toes longer due to him cutting them too short last time...meaning I had to put cotton in the corners....He proceeds to "get the hangnail" on the side of my left big toe - after me telling him to stop due to pain. Then bleeding. 4 times with an unknown solution he is jabbing 1/100th of a cotton ball into the side of my toe which is now beyond painful and throbbing. By the 5th time he puts something different on my bleeding toe and still doesn't answer me what it is he is putting on my toe. Meanwhile, I am having a manicure and being told to relax my hand. She did the exact same thing to my left thumb - which is now bleeding. It took two weeks for my toe to heal/close and me placing appropriate topicals on it. I took photos every day as I was uncertain if it was or would get infected. My thumb healed within the week. Not one time did the 3 people that work there say "sorry" and 2 of them were working on my mani/pedi. In another city, I went to the same nail technician for 9 years and NOT ONCE did this occur. I'm now looking for a new place for my monthly mani/pedi :) read more

They were able to get 3 of us in for pedi's and manicures right away. We were all impressed, did a great job! We did not feel rushed at all. Nice long massages that were soo enjoyable. We left very happy with our nails. They also did designs on our toes, perfect! We will definitely be coming to this place! Oh and served us some delicious tea read more

I'm giving one star only because that's required to even initiate a review. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in this place. I've been a loyal customer for a year and will never go there again. Mei was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. I over tipped her way way too much for the treatment I got the last couple days. I'm done with this place. Update, I went again for a manicure/ pedicure with my partner (he also got one). They are still an amazing salon, extremely attentive and helpful. They had originally booked us at 4 and when they had a cancellation they called to ask if we could come earlier which worked out better for everyone. It was a great experience. They are definitely my favorite salon in Paso. read more

I will start by saying the male staff was very personable and nice and made our experience enjoyable. They also bring out a nice tea. However they had horrible color selection and after saying yes before we even sat down to what we wanted ( showed pictures on our phones) they said no at the very end. We were left frustrated and disappointed. I only get to leave my babies and get pedicures once every two years so very big waste of saved money and time. If you want a basic pedicure just color in an outdated salon you will have a nice laugh and experience if you want anything modern or even a simple heart do not go here!!! They are the best and I will never go anywhere else. My BFF treated my to a B-Day pedicure and I couldn't be happier with how pretty my nails looked. The staff is all very friendly and the salon is extremely clean. I have a big toe nail that spilts and breaks off and this is the first salon that has been able to fix it. They only charged $5.00 for the fix and now I have big toe nail that matches the other one. read more

Went in with no appointment and was able to get mani/pedi right away. Vann did a great job on my nails. She took her time and did not rush me through. She also did my pedicure and I was very pleased with the job she did. I have been to quite a few different nail salons but this is best experience I have had and I will return for my next mani/pedi. read more

They total remodeled my toe nails!!! My toe nails swoop up so I inquired about getting them filled with acrylic powder and they did just that to make my toenails have the smooth appearance!!! They look perfect! The only reason why they did not get five stars, is because they did not ask if I wanted the soak and foot rub which I would have.... But I'll get that next time! read more

My new favorite place!! It's clean, the chairs are super comfy, I didn't have to wait (I made an appointment, but some other places make you wait even with an appointment). First time coming to queen 4 nails & spa and to be honest now I know why I've never stepped foot in here. The people aren't as friendly as the yelp people say. I've never had anyone cut my toe nails with a cuticle cutter and the technician never asked me how short I wanted my toe nails. Who does that? I guess this place. And This poor lady and her daughter where waiting for 37 min from the time I arrived and who knows how long they been waiting. Not acceptable especially if they had an appointment. My son gave me a gift certificate for Mother's Day to Queen 4 nails & spa. I waited until today, just before going on vacation. I had a manicure & pedicure. Mai did a beautiful, natural pink gel sparkle on my hands which is exquisite! Kenny brought me a deliciously soothing cup of cold tea (perfect for a hot summer day!) in a lovely teacup & saucer, which he brew fresh! After my manicure, Kenny did a beautiful pedicure while I relaxed in one of their many very comfy massage lounge chairs. He gently manicured my hurting toes and I walked out with beautiful bright pink happy toes with lovely hand-painted flowers! The atmosphere is serene, immaculate & I would recommend it to everyone! I've lived in Paso for seven years.& this is now my favorite place to go for nails! I left there truly feeling like a queen! read more
