Since I had ordered a Manicure and a Deluxe Pedicure, one woman set me up for the manicure and the other got my water going for my pedicure. Both women were very efficient in their work and did a beautiful job. The Deluxe Pedicure is well worth the extra money. While I was there, a lot of people started coming in who didn't have appointments. They immediately got a Manicurist to start their service. No one got turned away. Very impressive business. The owners were also working. I was very impressed and will definitely go back. My appointment was on a Sunday, which I was very appreciative of. The salon is very clean. She gives the best massage of anyone I have ever had anywhere. My toes always look so good. I get gel on them also. I never have to wait when I make an appointment. This place is great! I brought my grandma with me to have a little outing and get both of our nails done. Everyone was very friendly and nice and chatted with us. They were patient with me needing to keep an eye on my grandma during the appointment! Their prices are affordable, and our nails turned out great! Went here for the first time with my mom, they got us in quickly, which was nice. Unfortunately, they did the wrong design on my mom's acrylic fill (she asked for a French tip like she originally had), and when she mentioned it, he said it was too late to change it even though he wasn't halfway done. She also had one broken nail that needed fixing, and every other nail he did came out a different shade of white except the new one. My gel pedicure was decent, but he turned off my spa chair while I was relaxing and looked at me strange.He also told me a certain polish color wasn't more expensive, but when it came time to pay, it was. The staff kept staring at us while we were checking out, clearly waiting for a tip, which felt uncomfortable. The vibe was just... off, very quiet and kind of tense. Not sure if we'll be coming back. We tried to walk in for two pedicures and manicures and they didn't have availability at the time, but still had some afternoon appointments available so we took those. We felt very lucky that we got those appointments since we had to see them turn other walk in appointments away. I think the prices are pretty good. I did the deluxe pedicure and it was great! I think the whole thing lasted an hour. I also like how when you are doing a mani and pedi they starts the mani process while you are still enjoying the massage chair of the pedicure. I went to get my acrylics removed and the the man attempted to remove my acrylics and said "this will hurt" before he cut deep into my nail splitting it in half all the way down to the middle of my nail under my acrylics! No remorse no apology did not even say sorry and said there's nothing I can do for you after cutting my nail in half!!! So painful! Terrible service, and refused to even help me after. They told me to leave so I walked out with a broken nail bleeding underneath my acrylics. I've been getting my nails done for years and this was the worst experience I have ever had! This salon is wonderful! I had not gone to get nails done since 2019, so I was very ready. Please know that the staff was masked and it was easy to keep a social distance of 6 feet away from all others although they were quite busy! I appreciate that they took us as walk-in clients on a Friday. For some reason the salon I had been loyal to said they were too busy to take an additional guest, though the staff outnumbered the customers, with no one waiting... but I know they can get overbooked, I just thought noon wasn't too late. Here they were happy to take me plus a guest in the early afternoon before the place was buzzing. My husband had a great pedicure that he enjoyed and they removed a lot of his callouses and dry skin. I loved my massage that incorporated a hot stone! I got the very basic option and still received such a nice rub down with the stone and sea salt scrubby stuff, lotion, and hot towels. I liked that my technician could tell I was quiet and her assessment of that allowed me to just enjoy the service. I always fear I'll get asked a bunch of questions when I get salon services done lol, the social anxiety. The nicest part is that when my toe nail polish smudged an hour later, I was able to go back and they kindly fixed it for me. I'm definitely returning. Came here to get a new set , you guys... just look at the photo ‍ where do I start ?? The guy who did my nails repeatedly denied my request of soaking my nails for removal saying " they are going to take to long " then he proceeds to rip my pinky nail in half because he was rushing and not being considerate ripping nails off my finger tips then claims it's because my nails are thin. I would like to note that I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and this has never once happened to me..then this guy insists on pulling the other ones off until I finally got him to STOP after telling him a 3rd time ... with much reluctance and annoyance he grabs the acetone and doesn't take all the acrylic off oh I'm not done yet ... he actually was going to proceed and do a new set ... when I said that's obviously going to burn my OPEN cut... so I obviously can't until this grows out in about 2 months or so... as soon as i go to leave he works on the next customer he doesn't disinfect any surface areas , tools or his own hands then mind you he has MY DRIED BLOOD on his hands ‍ I have never had this awful of an experience and now honestly I am so grossed out at nail salons leaving me afraid to ever step foot back in one ... The photo of the women was her refusing to put her mask on , she twirled her mask in her hands and when it was brought up for her to put it on she ignored everyone and had a SMIRK on her face ?? Not one nail tech told her to put it on or leave ... Like WTF is going on in this salon, once this happened I realized ( since it was my first time ) there were no protective barriers between any nail tech & customer . We showed up on time and they said someone called them and rescheduled our appointment for 2.. Wrong! No one called to reschedule. Fine. Whatever. Let's go to lunch and come back. Came back at 2 and there was a huge line. They said hi, can we help you. We told them we have an appointment for 6 pedicures. They looked at us and continued to work on their clients. Update: My last review was months ago and as we all know businesses can change drastically in a few months. I have to say that I am pleased that Lily's did change drastically but for the better, which I didn't think was possible because they were pretty incredible before. I have gone to nail salons throughout the County, and I am not big on leaving reviews but I have to say this is the BEST NAIL SALON IN TH COUNTY. For those of us who work in customer service it is refreshing to go to a place where you are treated so well, they never rush and are always happy and ready to help. I honestly don't think I have ever had to wait more than it took to pick out a nail color before I was being helped and I appreciate the product they use, top quality but not high prices. If you haven't come back since they changed ownership almost a year ago you really should! I won't go anywhere else. Best nail salon in town! They have such courteous staff and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I am asked constantly where I get my nails done now and have had friends travel up to Paso just to come here. I have never had to wait more than 3 minutes to be helped and when the new management took over they upgraded all the chairs and equipment.
