On this occasion, the lady at the counter accused our son of breaking an item and went on a rant about it. Now accidents happen, I can't say for sure that her claim was true as I didn't see it occur. As parents, we would have gladly paid for the item, but instead she removed it from the storefront and went after our son and his father. Unacceptable on all levels!!! There is always a calm resolve to situations like these, she did not remain composed or in check. How disappointing for such a quaint town, for our visit to be overshadowed by a basement-dwelling troll with absolutely no customer appreciation at all. The Grinch stole Christmas and resides here in Jerome. Shame on this business owner, you really should consider turning this store into an online store, a museum or even bettet yet, do this community a favour and close your doors!
