We have now been through two rounds of negotiations with insurance and Cliff informed us each step how to increase the odds of getting a fair deal : 1) how they would offer only 50% initially what should be paid, and 2) he then responded to the insurance by listing items they left off, and reasons the should be paid for. My USAA insurance corresponded with Prescher and confirmed that all damaged items would be covered, and James did more than cover the repair needed. We ended up with a 50 year roof, that also saved us on insurance! The gutters were replaced, with permanent leaf guards, and the work is outstanding. Weather was good, maybe even hot but finished in one day James was always available for any questions i had and explained the process in detail ... he knows his stuff!
