I will never be coming back here again. & they out the thread in their mouth- this is a hygiene issue.. where I've gone, they usually have a necklace so that they saliva isn't getting on the thread. The service here has always been stellar, and in a COVID-19 world it's no different. Upon arrival, clients should either text Tonie or call the front desk number that is posted on the door. When Tonie is ready, she will escort you back to her salon. She's allowing time in between clients to ensure proper cleaning. And of course, everyone needs to wear masks.
