Danielle is great! I found her on Groupon about a year ago and have been getting waxed by her ever since. She recently changed offices and has done a great job of updating the new office. It looks really good and very professional. I have sensitive skin and had stopped waxing because it was causing a rash. However, the wax she uses is so great and I never have a sensitivity issue. I set my appointment with Danielle and thankfully she is very flexible and always accommodating with time. After I received my Brazilian wax I knew that this was one of the best places that I've ever been to. The wax she uses is so sensitive to the skin. She told me that she's always getting complimented on her wax and I believed it. I've been to a lot of other places where it takes many strips to remove the hair but her wax removed hair in just a few strips and without causing redness, bumping, or irritation. I found this place on Groupon. I checked out the reviews on Yelp, and the reviews were good, so I gave it a try. To be perfectly honest, this was the worst massage I ever had. My massage was with Fallon. I only know that b/c I went to the website to see who actually did my massage. She didnt introduce herself when she came out to get me. In fact, she wasnt pleasant at all. The few times she did mumble to me, I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying. She didn't even know how to put the head/face rest on the table. We got in the room - which when the door is open and you are under the sheet looks out onto the waiting room. Im not kidding - and I told her the issue I was having with my neck. It was painfully obvious she had very limited experience massaging people. Very. Little. Most of the time she was massaging me with 1 hand and I had no idea what she was trying to accomplish. It almost seemed as if she was falling asleep on me. She evidently had a cold b/c she kept sniffing her nose up every 4 seconds. The "music" was coming out of her cell phone which was on a stool next to my table. The speaker sounded awful. I know everyone has to start somewhere, but Yelp is here for honest reviews. This was mine. P.S. I had a 90-min massage and I left with my pain still at a 10. I get massaged once every 2 months. This didnt alleviate any of my pain or discomfort. read more

Judy is phenomenal. Her massages are like heaven! Literally.. time melted away and so did all my stress. She has a lovely presence, wonderful touch, and is good about checking in about the pressure (I find the best massage therapists are skilled at this art). She knows how to intuitively find the muscles that need extra love and get them to loosen up - a very nice blend of firm and soft (whatever you need!) and I felt better just ten minutes after being on her table. I found this hidden gem on yelp. I called and booked a hour massage with Judy. It was a fast and pleasant process and I was able to get right in. The office is very nice and relaxing. I sat down with Judy and we discussed my issues and what I was hoping to accomplish from my massage. Once the session began I knew I had made the right choice. She was highly skilled and checked in often to make sure the pressure was just right. Her style is intuitive and it felt like she knew what my body needed. I extended the session to 90 minutes. After the massage I felt like a new man and scheduled my next massage before I left. I have been getting body work for over 20 years and Judy is one of the best I have worked with. I found this place somewhat by accident while booking a service with another esthetician. There was a special for a bikini wax. This is not a service I would go to without a recommendation but the yelp reviews seemed good. I do my own waxing and when I need it done professionally I have my regular gal that I've been seeing for about 8yrs. I figured I would give it a try here since I could book the appointment so quickly. After visiting I saw a sign in the waiting room that if you give a good recommendation you get some sort of a discount on another service. That explains a few good reviews. I was less than impressed with the some what cold reception I received upon entering and the place didn't seem very clean. Danielle didn't seem to be someone who enjoyed her job, but who would enjoy waxing bikini lines. However, I did notice that Danielle used a different wooden stick with each wax stroke which reassured me even though aesthetically the place seemed dingy at least she was using clean technique. She told me that she usually only charged a certain amount for what I needed which was a steal. She did a great job and the waxing lasted a very long time. While I wasn't initially planning to be a repeat customer I needed a professional waxing for vacation. While booking online I was bummed to see she was off on Mondays (which was the day I needed) but rearranged my work schedule and many other last minute/before leaving the country duties and booked on her next available day on that Tuesday. When I walked in I was told that she had left for the day (or least wouldn't be back for hours) and that someone else would be doing my waxing. So here I am, a day before leaving the country for vacation and really don't have to option at this point of just cancelling and going to see my regular gal. It wouldn't have been so bad if it didn't hurt like hell, this girl did not use a new stick with each wax dip and much of the hair was still remaining. I would have been able to remove more hair doing it myself. What could make this worse? How about unbearable and painful ingrown hairs for vacation! I've had this service done for the past 18yrs and NEVER had this problem to this extent. I am miserable and in pain on vacation. Some way to treat new clients who are (new) repeat clients. So glad I rearranged my entire last two days of being in the US for a specific provider only to be treated this way. And for the record, there was no mention of an emergency as to why Danielle had to leave for the day. I think I just got thrown to a new girl who needed experience. read more
