The second time I came, I almost cried because of how deeply the nail technician cut down on my big toe nail. Maybe she saved me from having an in grown toe nail, but I wished she would have warned me before cutting so deep. My toe was so inflamed the next day, that I was worried I had gotten an infection and could barely put any pressure on my foot. Not to mention that one of the chairs next to me had leaked a bunch of water onto the floor next to the handwashing station. Multiple clients, including me, let the technicians know so they could maybe put a caution sign up or mop it up. Neither of these things were done. And I accidentally stepped in the puddle twice :( luckily no one slipped. I have been super unimpressed with their manicure technique, granted I always go for the classic gel manicure, maybe they take more time and care with the more expensive manicure packages. Both times, it felt like they were rushing through the manicure in order to get the next person in their seat. My manicure only lasted two weeks before I peeled it off myself in the shower because the bottom of the manicure had been brushed on so sloppily that it was jagged and pulling on my hair when I combed through it with my fingers. Not only was the nail polish not applied anywhere near my cuticles, but i also noticed little air bubbles/specks the day after in my set. If you want a long lasting, quality gel manicure, do not come here.

If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again. Never walked out of a facial smelling bad and with a face full of zits. It was $130 to have my face washed and a mask.

The service here has always been stellar, and in a COVID-19 world it's no different. Upon arrival, clients should either text Tonie or call the front desk number that is posted on the door. When Tonie is ready, she will escort you back to her salon. She's allowing time in between clients to ensure proper cleaning. And of course, everyone needs to wear masks. Karyn and Ariel helped us throughout our experience and were lovely and so hospitable. We had a room to lounge in with tea (mint & strawberry hibiscus) as well as snacks like nuts and fruit. Some comfy chairs to lounge in and neck pillows. Ariel was amazing at checking in with us throughout, refilling the hot water for tea, and making sure we didn't need anything else. We all had separate treatments, everything from facials to massages. They had us fill out forms in advance to get our information and massage preferences. It was really thorough - everything from what scented lotion we wanted to what type of music plays in the room. Allyson was my masseuse and she was wonderful. So friendly, I really enjoyed chatting with her throughout, and her hands worked magic. I felt so relaxed afterward. There was a moment during the massage where my back felt a little funny in one area, I told her, and she immediately helped target that area and was appreciative that I let her know. I definitely recommend her. We all had a great time! Wonderful spot for a massage for yourself or with a group!
