A few months later my car transmission started making a noise. I took it in and they looked at it and said they thought the transmission gasket was leaking. My 2020 car is only a few years old, low mileage. They said they couldn't fix it and recommended a local mechanic. I put in a claim with Valvoline. Curtis the manager called and said they were denying my claim, because they saw the transmission fluid all over the bottom of my car for the last EIGHT (8), oil changes and never said anything. I believe this to be a lie. They NEVER mentioned it to me, they NEVER wrote it on the sheet they give you when they did work on my car. How can you TRUST them NOT to ruin your car. Every time I returned for service, new employees were there. I would be VERY CAUTIOUS in going here to do oil changes - in my opinion.

I used to be a regular customer of 2 years at my local Jiffy Lube until their lack of attention to…read moredetail ruined my car. I came in one day for my usual oil change, the appointment went along with no issues. This is the only reason they get 1 star, I've never had any problem with the staff there, they have always treated me well. Not long after my oil change, my motor dies. Turns out, all the oil had leaked out due to a loose oil filter and left my car running on fumes. I had no idea it was happening until the engine light turned on and it was already too late. Ended up costing more than the car was worth to repair and Jiffy Lube refused to help cover costs. They fed me lies and false claims and did a half-assed "inspection" of the dead vehicle, claimed it looked like it had been tampered with. Which I found interesting considering they were the last people to even be under the hood of my car. Long story short, they denied any help or any blame, and now I'm stuck having to find a new vehicle because of their poor service. I used to recommend this place to anyone, but now I will never be going back again and telling anybody else NOT to utilize their services.
