So we finally called to cancel, no answer - we left one final message that we were cancelling - they charged us anyway. $306.00 for spraying for insects ONCE - a service that we didn't request, as we didn't have an insect problem - what we had, was a rodent problem that they never treated. Bad service, rude employees and completely unresponsive. Took our rodent issue to Bug Boys - completely refreshing experience - Bug Boys has been great!

That day, they said they didn't have enough chemical to do a full treatment and would come back. They never did. I never saw them again. After that, they never once stepped foot into my house but said they sprayed the outside. I even watched for them one day when they were supposed to treat. Billed for nothing. Save your money and go elsewhere. Or do it yourself. Terminix Customer Service is a joke. Took me months to get the service cancelled, all while they continued to bill me! Called them multiple times, the reps can't do anything to help. They transfer you until you hit a dead end in the phone tree and the call hangs up. I left multiple messages. One rep had me text proof I communicated my request for cancellation, so I did. Texted her multiple screen-shots. Never heard from her again, and then Terminix calls me days later asking for my credit card info. BBB complaint filed.

The customer service agent said that Greg was the tech who was supposed to come out and that she would call him and his branch manager to find out why he never showed up. At 3:45 PM, Greg called me and said the job was given to someone else who was outside of my area and couldn't make it. He claimed he would be there in 45 min, at 4:30 PM An hour later, at 4:45 PM, he calls and says he can't find my address, his GPS is malfunctioning, and wants directions. He leads me to believe he's only 25 minutes away. At 5:45 PM, I see a Home Paramount car pull out front, so I go and grab shoes to meet him. By the time I get outside, he's a block away, driving down the street. He calls me almost 5 minutes later, saying he's lost. I told him I saw him turn around in the next door neighbor's driveway. He finally shows up and gets out of his car and says he wasn't given my whole address (only the first 2 digits of my house number). I finally show him the damage and he takes some measurements outside. He comes back with a quote of $1200 and I felt like he was pressuring me for money right then. He never explained the treatment options (spray or bait stations), never told me what kind of warranty, or anything. I told him that I wanted a written, detailed estimate and he agreed to email me the following day. Well, a week later, he never emailed me and I've gone with another company who charged $350 less, showed up on time, provided a written detailed estimate, completed the job, and were much more professional.

On his first visit, he did not spray my backyard, even though I had specifically told him that gnats were biting my dogs' ears. I even sent him a video showing my dogs' ears twitching because of the bites. After repeated requests, he eventually returned and sprayed the backyard. He was supposed to come back in July for my monthly service, but he ignored my phone calls and text messages. When I finally told him I would seek a refund and pursue legal action if necessary, he came to my house that day. During that visit, my security cameras recorded him spraying my patio, pool, back door, hot tub, retaining wall, and even my butterfly bushes--but he never sprayed the backyard. He also failed to spray the side yard. When I confronted him, he admitted he had not sprayed the side yard but insisted he had sprayed the backyard. Instead of treating the backyard after I questioned him, he rolled up his hose and left. During our conversation, he also raised his voice, called me "crazy" and a "madman," and asked, "What is wrong with you?" This was not the first time he had spoken to me that way. I prepaid for six months of service, received only one scheduled treatment, and had to repeatedly ask him to address the areas that needed treatment most. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.
