My first interaction with Crespo's was with Larry, who answered my many questions. Larry took his time explaining what I can expect if I decided to use his company. Brian, Larry's right-hand man, came out two days later. He is terrific! He is friendly and knowledgeable. Briain spent a lot of time addressing my concerns and I never felt rushed. Whenever I found animals in the traps I would text Brian and he would come back the following day to pick up the animals and relocate them. Brian has a respect for animals which I really appreciate.
