However, Eva asked how the pressure was and when I told her, a little bit harder, she applied the right amount for me, she was great. I also didn't like the fact that you had to pay at the very beginning and I actually forgot to tip beforehand because I wasn't thinking about it. Luckily I had enough cash in my wallet for a good tip. They do charge $1 extra for any time you use a credit card, so keep that in mind if you want to buy any gift certificates for anyone. Make sure you do it all in one transaction. Besides that, it seemed clean, dark and quiet (with the exception of the calming music in the background. I went there yesterday for the $40 1 hour massage. I liked that you get your own room. I don't think the masseuses have licenses, I did not see any certificates on the wall in the lobby or the massage room. The massage was terrible; I can best explain it as me being rubbed rather than grabbed/pinched. When I asked the masseuse to stop working on my legs and only do my back he left and got the front desk woman, she said the whole body massage is $40 and back only is $60. That is ridiculous! I said I'll just keep using the $40 massage I paid for. At the end I left and the masseuse and the front desk lady confronted me for not leaving a tip! I'm writing this the day after, I now have back pain and it's not that my muscles are sore. Be wary of this place. read more

So disappointed to have to write this. I have been coming here regularly for about a year and have had good massages. But my most recent experience really turned me off to the place, and I am not sure I'll come back. I was having an off day and decided to go for a massage to make me feel better. The massage was nice, and I went to leave a tip, 20%. To my surprise, the receptionist asked me to leave more and said my tip was "low"! Tipping should be at my discretion, and to be shamed for leaving 20% is completely unacceptable. Tipping culture is already getting out of hand, and to now be berated for leaving a decent tip is unbelievable. They lost a very regular customer. read more

We'll not here! LULU was amazing!! Her hands are so soft when she gives you your massage you literally fall into deep relaxation mode.
