My cat gives better massages! Worst massage experiece ive had. At first upon walking in i was confident i was going to get great service. 5 minutes into the service i was wondering when it was going to start to feel good. I'm only putting one star because you have to. If you enjoy nice therapeutic relaxing massages then this is NOT the place for you. If you enjoy being taken advantage of and getting ripped off then I definitely would encourage you to go here. The woman who "massaged" me did so by rubbing my back for 5 minutes through the sheet instead of skin to skin contact. If I wanted my back rubbed through a sheet, I'd call my grandma. I have been here 5 or 6 times but today was the worse ever. I requested a person who was firm and who could work on my knots in my shoulder. After asking multiple times for deep tissue work....I gave up. If you are looking for someone to "pet you" like a dog. This is the place to go. Waste of money. read more

The massage here is worth every single penny. the place is much nicer compared to other places in the same price range. You get your own private room thats nice and clean with a real massage table instead of the reclining chair. Yoyo the lady that did the massage knows exactly what she's doing and is very professional, plus you don't hear alot of shuffling footsteps that can ruin the relaxing atmosphere. This place is clean and lovely . I went to get my massage on Sunday without an appointment . After about 15mins wait ( not so bad ) I got my therapist massaging me 1 hour . That was amazing ! I don't like very hard massage but I do care about the points ! My therapist did a really great job she knows exactly what I want ! She helped me with my tight neck and shoulder . THE WORST experience!! First the front desk lady wanted me to pay prior to the massage + tip, she then said I could pay after as I was confused why I would leave tip before getting my massage?! Then I stripped down to my underwear (no bra) in the room as instructed. They give you a sheet and thin blanket to lay under. A man walked in the room for my massage & pulled back the blanket. During the entire massage I only had a see through sheet on me as this man panted over me for an hour! You would think they would pair a female with a female masseuse or at least ask if you had a preference!!? I was so uncomfortable I couldn't even enjoy my massage that I had been looking forward to after a long work week. After the massage was over, I went up front to pay to find my masseuse waiting for me with the receptionist to pay. She said how much for a tip? I told her the amount ($5) and they acted completely offended. A tip reflects service. I SHOULD have the right to tip how much I feel like tipping. I usually tip 20% but like I said, I felt uncomfortable and awkward for my tip amount. They pointed to a sign of much you have to tip- $10 at a minimum. So I said fine $10- charge my card for $50. If it's $50 then don't freaking advertise it as $40!!? Leaving this place I feel violated, ripped-off & in need of a shower. Also, my nine year old niece could done a better massage. Very clean, quiet, awesome price!! $40 for ONE hour!! I have been going to Queen practically every 2 weeks since they opened. I gave myself a treat on my birthday today and I got a massage. If you want a foot massage with a lady you must get there no later than 10:30am Very disappointing as I had 11am when I first started and had 3 different ladies who did great job on my feet but now it seems since I've become a regular they want me to has a male and I don't like massages by men.Oh well read more

This foot massage establishment is not your typical place. They do not provide the foot soak (water). Most importantly I wouldn't call the service they provide a massage. Basically they rub lotion on then wipe it off with a hot towel. Don't waste your money or time for that matter. read more

I came to Queen Massage today because I was experiencing a lot of tension pain in my back and shoulder. I did not have an appointment and they took me right away. The room was nicely made and the lights were dim. My masseur was Tom. When he came into the room I explained the pain I was having and he did an amazing job at releasing all of the tension. My masseuse Elsa took great care of my shoulders, back, arms, and legs; but the real highlight was the neck/head massage.
