So glad I came into this shop! I moved here about a year ago and have been trying to find a good nail place. I tried this place because it wasn't busy and I wanted to get done fast. I came in for a french shellac manicure and eyebrow wax. The ladies were very nice there. Lynn did a perfect job. She made sure my nails were all evenly cut and shaped (even double checked them) and did the french perfect. My eyebrows came out very nice too. The whole thing came out to $37 which I thought was a great price, some places will charge around the same amount just for the shellac and around $12 for a wax. So glad I found my regular nail shop :) read more

How about no stars? Awful awful nails. The customer service was fine but just fine. The lady doing my nails seemed VERY distracted. I knew she was doing a bad job while getting them done. The tips weren't even glued down all the day before she started with the acrylic. All of my nails are different lengths and not at all the same shape. I can see through my polish! Less then two days later my thumb nail broke, I went back and ask her to fix all of them because they were so bad but she only fixed my thumb and blamed it on the wrong top coat?? Let alone the awful massage that felt like she was going to scrape my back off and the body mist they spray on your hands, yuck! People were calling thinking they were making appointments, but really not actually being written down in a book. Please save yourself the time and money! I went into this salon on the recommendation of a friend.I took my daughter in to have some tips put on.They were a little busy but lynn got right to it,and what impressed me was how fast she was,usually every step takes a bit of time,but she was so professional,and quick,it was about 40 mins.i really enjoyed the atmosphere,and my daughters nails were beautiful.best I had ever seen,quality and perfection! The worst experience I've ever had with a nail salon. I had a scheduled appointment,but still waited to be seen while walk ins were seen first. Overall really sloppy job,Nina didn't even really care to fix her mistakes. There were hairs in my polish job and spots that she tried to take off by dragging her finger across my nail. Then when i tried to get my money back Nina said "we don't do refunds. We don't have cash here" then ultimately, gave me less than half of what i paid as a "refund." In cash. She tried to say the polish i brought to use was "old" when i had just bought it not even a week ago. I told her I was getting my nails done for my best friends wedding. None of my nails were the same length or shape. I only came here because of the good reviews,so I was definitely shocked with my results. My usual nail lady who is AWESOME,took one look at the photos of my nails and said "oh my gosh yes please come in ASAP I'll fix these for you." I should've never strayed from her. read more

I've given this place two tries and have decided that I'm not going to return. Although they are nice to everyone, don't over charge for services, and offer free neck/shoulder massages while customers get their nails done, I've have a horrible experience with their acrylic, shellac, and nail shaping. They replaced a nail that I broke during moving furniture, but I've had to go back and get it replaced the times. Whatever they do or whatever product they used is not staying put. So I went to a different nail salon and haven't had problems with the nail since. Also, the nails do not look professional. The shellac is applied too thick and looks lumpy, and one of my nails is peeling. I also ask for coffin share, but most of my nails end up looking square shape. Bottom line, their acrylic and shellac application lacks attention to detail. Pedicures have been fine (reason for the 2 stars), but acrylics I do not recommend. read more

I am disappointed. Second time I have gone in and my pedicure was rushed. Today the gal did my pedicure in 35 minutes. Then they had me move to accommodate a family so they could all sit together. I went in and asked for a full set. I sat down and she said she'd give me a discount shellac for like 35$ instead of $40. I was like aight I guess. They where nice and welcoming but she filed my top coat of my nail too much and filed the side of my skin and nail. she put my nails on crooked, and I asked for coffin ($3 extra) and she did square,the shellac coat some nails where thin others where thick, there was air bubbles in 3 of my nails and 2 of the nails fell off in 3 days. I went back and they did it for free but she added more polish when they where already thick and she looked so pissed off when I asked her to fill my nails because they broke off to fast. A week later they uplifted and I was able to get them off no problem. Honestly just go to some Seattle, Renton, or Kent nails. Won't go back for sure read more

Went here a handful of times. Will not go back. Everyone there acted like they were bothered and didnt want to be working. They ruined my nail beds while filling my acrylics. One woman there filed the sides of my nails so hard she cut my skin on multiple fingers, when I told her she hurt me SHE CONTINUED TO CUT ME OVER AND OVER on other fingers. i had to hold back tears the whole time and then let my nails grow out and take off my acrylics because of the damage that was done. Wow... Thank god I had a certificate! I would never pay for the 12 minute pedicure the consisted of cold water, cell phone talking while painting nails, their 7 year old running around, and the worst lotion rub down ever!
