Not from around here but saw good reviews. Came in was a little busy but seemed like there was enough staff. Sat down waited over an hour. Turns out there was staff there but mostly for keeping it clean not actual technicians. Sat for a pedi still had to wait another 30 minutes. Was quick pedi nothing special $40 for gel. Got fills in my manicure and gel polish $47! For fills. I was definitely not happy with the price or service. read more

I had a bad experience. There yesterday. While looking for colors for pedicure I saw more colors on another wall, and a guy says loudly, "WHERE YOU GOING?" Startled me at first then I went to him and told him it would be more polite to say , May I help you. Then he turned the water on so hot when I went to put my feet in it hurt. The old chair they put me in would not go back and I have very long legs and was cramped, it sounded like the lady said something that sounded like , it no work, you weigh too much. ah the chairs at PT Nails don't have any problem moving! 10/10 would recommend they were so polite and reasonably priced , i got a full set of acrylics for $40 , it was one of the best experiences i've gotten at a nail salon and i'm definitely going to make this shop my new go to place read more

This place is dirty, unprofessional. I booked a appointment for 2 pedicures 1 day prior for 10:30 am and asked at the time of booking if they would have 2 nail technicians available at this time a the person booking appointment confirmed that they did. We arrived on time and were seated in pedicure chairs. A man put water in tubs and we waited for 30 minutes with our feet in soon to be cold water with not one staff member saying anything to us. Small children running around, toys scattered. When we decided to get up and leave they jumped up from other patrons being serviced and said sit sit we do you now. I found this salon through Yelp and I'm glad I tried it! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I wanted a nail dip, and they have many colors to pick from. My nails look great! Prices are very reasonable too. read more

When I first started going to Queens Kevin and Tina were amazing! Then I started getting other techs and had nothing but problems so I stopped going there. So, Kevin calls me asking if there was a problem, I explained it to him. He apologized and asked me pls come back and assured me he would take care of me. I decided to give them a second chance. The day before leaving for Vegas was the wrong time to have a change of heart!!! I expressed more than 1 time that I was going to Vegas and needed to have nice nails. So, the next day, on my way to the airport, You guessed it....a big ole chip on the side of my thumb nail. I was beyond livid as it wasn't even 24 hrs later. I sent Kevin a picture and told him sorry but I won't be back. He said to come back when I got home from Vegas and he would do my nails for free. I stopped in today after work, of course Kevin wasn't there, and after growing for over a week she wanted to put a lighter color in the chip and then the actual color. No thanks!! i had them fixed like this before and they always peel off the chip right away. I guess I've lived with it for over a week and through my Vegas trip so I can live with it until I go back to where I've had no problems whatsoever. Well I have to say had the worst pedicure ever here. Walked in and no one greets you after a few minutes I had to go find someone. I thought this is weird been here many times before and they were always there to greets you with a smile. So I thought maybe they are having an off day. After ten minutes I was asked to sit in a chair. I sat there 15 minutes before someone said are you getting a pedicure , mind you this is the guy doing a pedicure right next to the chair I was sitting in. So he decided ok maybe I should put water in the tub. After another 10 minutes a guy comes over and is on his phone trying to pay a bill. Okay.. so my feet have been soaking in only water for 10 minutes he preceded with what he called a pedicure. Needless to say I am done before the lady who was sitting next to me that's been there 25 minutes longer. He cut my toe and scrapped my feet so hard I had to tell him to calm down. I left there not happy at all . The next morning my feet hurt so bad because they were all cut up by him scrapping and talking on the phone trying to pay his bills. Very disappointed. Called around and found out that they are the new owners makes since now. read more
