I observed during this Covid time, as customers came and went, each employee cleaned their station prior to the next guest. I was greeted immediately by an employee and asked to choose a pedicure color. Next question was pedicure preference: Deluxe, $41 or regular, $31. The difference, from what I could understand, was the sloughing of dead skin and a massage. I would have preferred somewhat of a salon menu explaining their offerings. She put acetone in the nail polish - I know it's used to thin the polish, but why? There's no way it'll last as long. An older women, her mom, came over and took off, added more acetone to the polish. I asked why and if it lasts as long because acetone takes off polish. She got a new color and started over, which was fine, she offered. I wasn't picky. When I went to pay, I was SHOCKED they charged full price. $65 for both. I usually do my own nails, but didn't have time. Unfortunately, don't waste your money. I was more than happy to wait for people who had more time, but they insisted on squeezing me in.

I have always had the best experience at Colorboxx pooler . The ladies there do a splendid job with…read morethe hair cuts and color. I always request for Cassie and I generally give her an idea about the length and color( in most cases I leave it to her ) and she works her magic ! The salon is very clean and well lit . The ladies are very warm and make you feel comfortable while you wait. If I get a cut and color done , it generally takes a minimum of 2 hours but Cassie is a perfectionist and doesn't do a rush job, so it's worth it. I recommend keeping at least a buffer of 3 hours to get a full cut and color do. Also, the place is pretty busy always , so make sure to book an appointment in advance. Although prices might look a bit high , based on the products and skills, I feel it's completely justified . The quality of the products they use are long-lasting as well as gentle. Colors seem noticeably vivid and stay on for more washes than the other places I've been to that are cheaper. I am happy to say that I am yet to be disappointed when I walk out of there when I get my hair done!
