Kim is the professional that does my nails, she is spot on, listens to and asks questions about what I really want and like. More importantly, I know I don't have to keep watching at what she is doing, I know she's going to get them just right so I can relax and have fun. Jenny is the owner, always smiling and happy too. Jenny always keeps up on the latest styles of nails and all the other services she offers...she always has something new and updated in her salon. I've noticed all of the ladies that work there are professionals and have their own clients that like to stay with them. I know that when I need to get my nails done or get a pedicure, they're always there and ready to take care of my needs. I love the new owner- Jenny. Not sure when she bought this place but I like it so much more, they have A/C, very relaxing and actually do a great job with nails. I always get solar nails and they stay on for up to a month. I NEVER have an appointment, so knowing that I know I may have to wait a few minutes. i don't know how they do what they do, I see so many unhappy women going in there complaining because they don't know what they want or won't speak up. I've never seen them treat anyone different because they are getting "just a manicure" vs. a full set. There is a little language barrier with a few people but what do you expect. If you are going for your first time ask for Jenny- she does a fantastic job, she's the owner and if you are unhappy she can actually do something about it. read more

Ever since the new owner lady took over its been a very pleasant experience. Prices are fair. The customer service is superb. Which is different from most salons I have been to around Vancouver, they remember your name, give you a punch card for returning services and remember how you like your nails, toes, etc. *update* Still love this place! Every time is better and better. KIM is amazing. She takes her time, and makes sure you are completely satisfied. I have referred to her time and time again with nothing less than happy and repeat customers. Kim will take the time to listen to what YOU want. And truly understands. I don't recall her name but the lady who worked on me was so sweet and so detailed, I've never had nails thatve felt and looked this nice. I'm a burn Survivor and alot of my scarring is on my right arm. She treated me no differently then anyone else and provided a kind and comfortable environment while working on my nails. She helped me pick out a perfect designed for my quirky self and i got a full acrylic set with stilleto tips yellow polish and cute little sunny side up eggs! I was always hesitant to try out a new place since I've been a regular at a different salon for years, but my experience at Queen Nails has been nothing short of amazing! The nail tech that did my pedicure and manicure was very detailed, and made sure my nails were all trimmed and cleaned up perfectly! She listened to my request of shaping my nails exactly how I wanted, and fixed some minor things when I pointed them out. She was very friendly and did an overall thorough job. The salon itself is very pretty and clean inside, and everyone is welcoming and seems to do a thorough job. Thank you Queen Nails! I will be back for sure. read more

Not impressed with their service or commitment to service. I took my daughter to get her nails done and the lady was incredibly slow and was talking in a different language the whole time with another Gal, laughing and lifting up my daughter's hand every time they giggled. It was very obvious they were making fun of her. The owner who sits right there, next to the others ... didn't even chime in on it. I think there were very unprofessional and have no concept of time when doing nails. All in all...don't go unless you want to be laughed at or be there all day. I will take my daughter elsewhere next time. read more

Called and made an appointment to avoid having to wait when I got there. They got me right back and were very accommodating with the fact that I had my 3year old with me. This place is excellent. The ladies are so nice and so comforting. They know what you want when you ask for it, and usually with young teenagers salons don't care about doing very well but Queen Nails knows what to do. No matter the age they are all still super sweet and treat you the exact same. Definitely recommend. read more

Great service and great price. Made a midday, midweek appointment for a mani/pedi. Chose the classic variety. Asked if I wanted something to drink and was kindly given a bottle of water.
