Was looking for a new nail salon and specifically for one with high hygiene standards. Made a same day appointment and there was street parking free for 2 hours. Greeted upon entry and appointment confirmed. Picked the color for a pedicure and they had the chair prepared by the time I was done. Water temp was perfect and got a Vietnamese coffee. The pedi did start after the appointment time by ten minutes or so. Overall the pedicure was pretty standard. Nothing to highlight. Later that evening I noticed a small cut on one toe when moving my feet. So, not sure if I'd be back as that def can lead to more issues. Thankfully everything is ok. read more

Sadly this was a really bad experience. I live close by to this nail salon and needed just a basic pedicure since my polish was so outgrown. I called and made an appointment easily. There was free street parking right outside which was a pleasant surprise. The salon inside is very nice! Super clean and pretty. And there were a lot of people getting their nails done for a weekday evening. I picked out my color and was shown to my pedicure chair. Amy did my pedicure and it was a stressful situation. She barely rubbed my feet or did any scrubbing? I put my feet in the water for just a minute before she asked me to take them out. They didn't even have any time to soak before she started vigorously using a nail file to scrub off my little bit of gel polish that was left on. I have never had this done before. A manual nail file just aggressively scrubbed back and forth on each toe. Horrible! The pedicure part was just her rubbing my legs, not even my feet. I had to ask her to scrub my feet (the whole point of a pedicure right?) and to get the callous on the sides. I then had to ask her to file my toes since she just started to put clear on without taking away the cuticle or filing? I went here to try to relax, but this was incredibly stressful. In the end she paints my nails and 5 minutes later tells me I'm done and to go. I said they need to try before I put my flip flops back on because it's regular polish. She says no. LOL awkward! The receptionist comes over and says to stay seated because they need to dry, obviously. I guess they don't have any fans, lights, or other dryers. I got the $40 pedicure and when I get to the checkout the total was $45. I said I thought it was $40 and the receptionist explains the extra $5 was for the gel removal. I told her I wasn't aware of that and she just said confirmed that it would be $45. The gel removal was the scrubbing of the nail file! Wild. I will not be back and cannot recommend this salon to anyone. I saw on their Instagram they just raised their prices too which is mind blowing. A very bad experience! read more

Removed my nails to find nail fungus on two fingers. I've never had nail fungus in my life. I went in for a builder gel fill and the service itself was fine. He did cut my finger which happens but he used a fluffy brush to brush the dust away, including the finger that was bleeding. I'm not sure if that brush gets sanitized or if it's used on everyone. Kind of upset with the service and experience. I emailed the salon right after my appointment to make good before posting a review and they didn't respond, so here is their review. I went in for a dip manicure, no tips, natural nail, very minimal. For starters, the guy who was doing my nails was so rough filing, he went down to my skin. I thought my nail was going to fall off he was filing to hard. Then, he didn't get my shape right. I asked for almond and they were so pointy it looked like I was going to cut someone. I went home and fixed it myself because I was already mad/upset, which I shouldn't have to do. Not only that, my appointment was 20 minutes long. 20 minutes!! Online shows it's a 60 minute appointment, was not close. Girls who were getting their nails done BEFORE I started, were still getting them done AFTER I was done. I have been to this salon before and liked my experience, hence why I went back. After this, and with no response to my email, I will never go back nor recommend it. read more

Jeff is THE BEST! When I told him how most nail techs can't get the shape of my nails how I like he informed me that shaping was his specialty. He 100% did not disappoint! This is possibly the best manicure I've ever had and I've received compliments specifically on the shape themselves already in the few days I've had them. The pedicure was relaxing and amazing, my manicure was on point, and they did a great job on my eyebrows. My daughter also got a manicure, and they did a wonderful job! One of the most important aspects of the experience was the cost. We were given a price upfront, and that was the price they gave us at checkout. We have had a negative at a nail salon in the city where they quote one price when we arrive, then they keep tacking on things they need to do and then the price triples in the end. Beware- they do not sanitize and disinfect there equipment! I went there recently and had a pedicure. They did not have the highest igiene and got a severe toe infection. When I was having the pedicure, I commented I did not see them get sanitize there clippers to which they responded that they did clean them. The proof is that I got a bad toe infection and they have not called me back after leaving them messages. read more

Unfortunately, the pedicure was extremely disappointing--nails were uneven in shape and length, dead skin wasn't fully removed, excess gel polish was left on, and the paint job was inconsistent. On the other hand, the French manicure, done by a different employee, was excellent. It's frustrating to pay for such poor quality on the pedicure when the manicure showed the level of service the spa is capable of delivering. read more
