Rusharn took apart the unit and showed me the mess that was left inside the unit that the last company had missed, it was pretty bad. The other company had not disassembled it completely, just did a surface cleaning. Rusharn was lovely to work with, efficient, on time, and so kind with our huge dog. And he charged less to clean and replace the pilot light than the other company did just to clean the unit! I will always use Black Swan form now on. They do get booked up in the winter (because they are so good!) so I made a note in the calendar to have them come out in the summer from now on, when the wait time is less. Highly impressed!

Ordered replacement glass for my woodstove and had it professionally installed. The glass was…read moresnuggly fit and it cracked after the stove ran for a few hours and then cooled down and I got it running again. This company said that the installer made the glass too tight and they wouldn't refund my money. I ordered a 2nd piece and had a guy install the 2nd piece. This time the guy showed me that the glass wasn't even snug in the stove. He could slide it around in the housing. This showed me it was looser than the just snug fitting I was told was how this glass should have been installed. The stove ran and then cooled down overnight. When I got the stove running again in the morning the new glass also broke. Keep in mind. I have 1 piece of original glass that was reinstalled by this technician with a new gasket at the same time as the first piece of replacement glass. That piece is perfectly fine and hasn't cracked. This company sells inferior products and should not be used.

I ordered embroidered ribbon for the sword and had it shipped to Roberto because he offered to do the scabbard wrapping. Both the swords and the ribbons were expensive. In May, I had a customer moving from Tennessee to England and was hoping to get his sword before moving. I spoke to Roberto who told me his partner and the partner's girlfriend had taken one of the engravers and taken off. He had just finished court proceedings and was moving his family to Florida and was going to have a new shop within a few weeks. He assured me he was able to honor my order. I provided him a list of all of the customers as we had agreed he would do all of the domestic shipping and that he would send the ten swords ordered by international customers to me. He told me a story that he was spiritual and thought his ex-partner and the girlfriend shared his faith so he felt especially betrayed. I was told he would have all of the swords engraved by November for Thanksgiving. The books these swords were connected to were to ship at that time, so it would be perfect. I spoke to Roberto in November and he said everything was on track to be shipped before Christmas. Here we are in February 2026, 13 months later, and as far as I can tell, only one sword was shipped. This was an over $8800 order. I feel totally taken. The phone number he gave me has been disconnected. The owner of the business, Roberto Rodriguez Calas is also a self-published author with fantasy novels listed on Amazon. If anyone on here knows how I can reach him, please let me know.
