The carrier failed to deliver it to the correct package room. I reached out multiple times via email and only received one response--with no follow-up or resolution. Since then, I have been completely ignored regardless how MMA any times I followed up with them. It is so frustrating to be left without my order and without any real support. A single reply is not enough when your delivery process fails. I will not order again.

But this is also Brooklyn, which means that they've curated and they have the crunchy, environmentally-friendly, best-for-your-baby according to some book diapers, cleaning products, and more. I've found that big purchases make a lot of sense here. For instance, our [insanely expensive] stroller [that we had to get because my wife did a lot of research and it's way better than the one that's a reasonable price to pay for a stroller] was the same price as at Buy Buy Baby, except by buying it here: 1. There's a cash discount. 2. I get to support a great local shop. 3. They assembled it for us, and we just rolled it out. Which means I got to watch some kid do the work that I normally would've had to do on a hot day, while my pregnant wife sat in a comfy chair and did NOTHING (that part is the same). They also stock every single accessory you could ever imagine for a stroller. There's adaptors, mirrors, shields, supports, lasers, missiles, trays, bags, liners... Basically, don't have a kid. But if you're not going to listen to me (why are you reading this?), you might as well buy the stuff you need for that kid here.
