* Mixed reaction * We passed by and noticed this new Chinese foot massage place and figured we would give them a try. Positives: - Both of our therapists did a careful job of working out each and every knot in our feet and calves. - Comfortable reclining chair. - No wait to get 2 therapists. - Very friendly therapists. Room for improvement: - Foot soak at start. Instead of the normal wooden bucket, they used one of those plastic mop buckets you pick up at Costco. Odd choice. Also instead of having herbs in the water, they put liquid soap. Not a good start. - No water or tea offered at any point even after the massage. - Bad decor. The Christmas light type little bulbs all over the place are just tacky. - Price. At $45/hour they are priced at the high end of the Chinese foot massage market. - The name. Trying to find their website to include in this review turned up a bunch of fetish websites! It's really one of the best reflexology places in town. Clean, the staff are super friendly, and they always have availability. Oh and open late. As with most places of this nature it can be a bit noisy from other patrons but seriously it doesn't matter. 50 foot massage with 15 of that neck and back. So amazing!!! read more

This place was blissful! After a long day of being on our feet we found ourselves here. We were delighted with the service. The masseuse was so in tune with the massage and my body. My friend enjoyed her massage as well. The ambience is very relaxing with dim lightening. Nobody talks during the massage so you can fully unwind and relax. I'd define recommend this place!! My wife and I went to this little gem on two different occasions during a recent trip to Vancouver and both times we received excellent service. I have had three different bouts of plantar fasciitis over the years and I am very careful about my feet. This is even more true on trips like this were I know we will do high volume walking. Wearing good shoes, stretching my calves and getting good foot massages has helped me from having that fourth episode for over two years. Because of my preventative care I have visited many reflexology places and this is one of my favorites. The shop is clean, the receptionists are sweet, the therapists do a great job, and the price is fair...BOOKMARKED! As was noted in an earlier review, this particular shop did not use bamboo for the foot soak but that did not detract from the quality of the massage for us. Because we received such excellent service we returned a second time and had the combo foot rub and body massage and it was delightful. I notice that they also offer a "four hands" massage as well and the next time we head back to Vancouver we will both try that as well. After reading the reviews of most foot reflexology places it is interesting to note that most people who give them poor ratings do so because they expect spa like experience for 7-11 like prices and I'm not sure if that is necessarily fair to the establishment. I've been to several really nice spas and always enjoy myself but honestly you get more for your money at spots like Queens Feet. read more

Best massage EVER! My husband and I get massages very often, especially when we travel and just walk in places for a 60 min session. After walking all over the city we stumbled into Queen's Feet and they immediate had availability for us both for full body. I'm 9 months preggo and that scares a lot of masseuses off, but not Calvin. He gave me the deep acupressure massage I needed for relief!! My husband had a female and he loved his experience just as much. We went back in 2 more times this week (they had immediate availability) and we plan on being regulars while we live in Yaletown for the summer. The price is unbeatable too! read more

Excellent!!!!! It started for me with the Chair Message Then I found out they had full body Messages I was on cloud Nine I suffer from very bad back pain and I was in a Car Accent a few years ago. It helps me with my back Pain and when I leave I have no more pain and I feel really good. They Service is Far None Excellent when you go to Queens feet they make you feel Comfortable and ask questions which I like!!! This place was amazing. I went because I just got my cast off for a broken ankle. Both people that massaged me (one for shoulders and neck and another person for my feet) were truly amazing. I was visiting Vancouver for the weekend and this place was close to our hotel. I got in right away and enjoyed my 1 hour foot massage very much. The price was better than other places so can't complain. I get foot massages a lot what they didn't do here was five a scalp massage but they did give you a back massage but not in your chair but on the foot stool so that wasn't great but overall would go back because of the pricing read more

The spa was OK they were nice enough to accommodate us but they didn't have a bed where you lie on your stomach first and then flip over he literally made you bend forward while they massage your shoulders for a few minutes and then I never did your entire backside you just have to lay back and I did your feet and then that was it. It was a good massage and they were nice and serve you tea. There was nothing really spectacular and I felt like it was a bit premature to and the massage without giving someone a full proper reflexology massage. It was my husband first experience and I was really disappointed that it was at this place because this was nothing spectacular the price was OK and even that was not super cheap. read more

Just borderline OK for a foot massage. The person who greeted me when I walked in had difficulty understanding what treatment I wanted - even though I was pointing to my choice on the menu. My therapist had a light touch, and though the massage was adequate, it was not reflexology in the traditional "thumb pressure to the sole of the foot" sense - really just more like the massage you'd get as part of a pedicure. How quickly things change! I wrote my first review nearly 1 year ago after coming to Queen's Feet for many years. I spoke so positively about their business. But the service on my last visit took a big down turn. First,the tone from the owner has completely changed. I'm almost sure my masseuse has never gotten properly trained or even by Queen's Feet themselves. I got 50 min worth of random dry skin rubs (this is 100% no exaggeration). I can tell she had no idea that the massage is for the muscles, because her rubs were so random and sporadic all over the place. I repeatedly asked for more pressure, but of course it doesn't mean anything when she doesn't even know to massage the muscles. I stayed in thinking that maybe this is just a warm up and eventually she will go into a real massage. After a while, I just took this as the cost of learning that this is no longer my massage place. The owner had nothing to say about the service and then asked us to tip, meaning he is paying these masseuses nothing. There were people out in waiting area getting massages in those airport massage chairs. The owner clearly has chosen revenue over impressions. I'm guessing he got comfortable with his clientele and now can focus on turning revenue. Well you lost me. read more

Beware of this place if you are a young woman. i came here on a Saturday night with two female friends, and had multiple strange, uncomfortable, and outright intimidating experiences with the male staff at this facility in the course of my one-hour session. As other reviewers have noted, the front desk staff was extremely off-putting--nearly militant in his insistence that we proceed with a foot massage package that we had not signed up for. This set the tone. From there, I endured a not only painful, but sexually intrusive "massage" from Chester. The ways he violated the implicit therapeutic (and social) contract were myriad, and included performing aggressive maneuvers on my neck (had both hands around my neck at one point, to the point where I felt I was strangulating, so could not tell him to stop), which left scratches and bruises for days after, advancing forcefully on my upper thighs despite my explicit request that he stop (he smirkingly replied "don't worry, i won't go higher than this'), and moreover, soliciting me directly for sex work and a private meet-up after the massage. To say the least I am appalled by this disgusting experience I've had with Chester and Queen's Feet in general. I left the session feeling frightened, violated, and revolted--a far cry from the royal treatment this parlor's name appears to suggest it provides. read more

So good..... I've never seen massages for such a low price. The space is simple but private. The massages aren't for show; they are deep tissue massages that feel amazing and hurt the next day (in a good way). I would highly recommend going before they raise their prices to normal massage prices. I wish I lived in Vancouver so I could go more frequently. read more

Needed a massage so stopped by here. Got the body/foot massage combo. The body massage was good but frustrating because it was very hard to communicate with my masseuse. I've been to many massage places and this was the first time it has been a problem. Additionally, the masseuse would really dig into my skin with their thumb and it was incredibly painful. Much much much moreso than other places. It was a decent value, but it still doesn't makeup for the lackluster massage. I would not recommend this place at all. The owners were very aggressive by forcing you to take a particular service and on top of that, I saw a young woman who was basically sexually molested despite telling him to stop. The massage therapist was very inappropriate towards her and from the conversation, I heard he propositioned her on several occasions. I have had better massages in other places where safety is important. My own personal experience was not great either, because the massage therapist was not listening to what I was saying and currently have bruises on my back and feet. read more

I made an appointment for the first time. I was lucky to have Ken helping me. He at first starting with not too much pressure as he worried it would be painful for me. After communicating with him, he added more pressure to the pressure points. It was amazing. With this value, I cannot complain at all. Amazing. Unassuming outside, fantastic service and massage. Went here with a party of four, we were taken to a private room in the back where we could all be together. We were served tea and had a foot rub (which actually started with a back and shoulder rub) that lasted almost an hour. Fantastic prices, totally worth it, highly recommend.
