This is a great service. Traditional Chinese reflexology massage, and deep tissue massage. I had a great masseuse who knew what she was doing and had enormous strength. She released a lot of pain in feet and legs and could feel much improved circulation. Highly recommended for anyone who has to work on their feet all day long. Not a spa setting, which is fine by me. I just paid 63$ (+tip) for one and a half sessions here. I requested a strong therapist, and got exactly what I wanted. I can't believe such a place exists downtown, right on Granville!!!! If you like stronger pressure, ask for Kevin. Where at other places, time is very strict, Kevin added 5 extra minutes just to make sure he gave equal attention to both sides of my neck and upper back. Most definitely returning. read more

I could be wrong, but I think the location is called "Queen's Feet" now? Great find for a cheap relaxing massage. No RMTs here, but for a quick stop to shoo away cranky back pains for around $40 why not. Staff are sweet - the girl who did my back (May?) was very thorough with good pressure. Hands were a bit cold and nails felt too long, but otherwise it was very enjoyable! Just like you'd find in China so don't expect waterfalls and fancy robes and slippers. Great massage, acupressure is hard but very relaxing afterwards and you will feel time goes really fast. Highly recommended.

I've been there a couple of times but the most recent visit was very disappointing. Pressure was too light even when I kept asking for more pressure. And all the acupressure points were wrong. Basically she didn't know how to massage. My back is super sore now from the bad massage- sore in a bad way, not the good kind that you get after a good firm massage. I wish I could have had a chance to try a massage at this place, but the man who picked up my call hung up on me three times. Why he hung up on me, I wish I could tell you. I wanted to book for two people, one feet massage, one combo. He said he was going to charge me the same $63 each for both. I asked him why the combo (which is longer) is the same price as a foot only massage. Then he hung up on me. When I called back, wanting to give him the benefit of the doubt, I asked him why he was charging me the same price for the massages, and he hung up on me again. I'm punchy after getting great masseuses only to have them evaporate - I supposedly booked with the masseuse whose work I was so pleased with only to have another woman come into the massage room (as if I wasn't going to notice the difference?)The day before I had phoned and been told it was Anna's day off - now as I told off the receptionist for wasting my time he claimed he had fired her that day (fired her when she was on her "day off") why wasn't I informed? Why did I make the trip there for no reason? - it seems to be a case of feebleness and poor English mixed up with lies, and I can only guess what is really going on around there. read more

This used to be a great value, however the proprietor is an absolutely miserable man and based on what I have seen, heard and experienced not too kind to his staff. It is impossible to book the same masseuse twice likely because they quit. My most recent visit will be my last. I booked an hour table massage. The girl obviously had no formal training and spent the first 30 minutes grinding her elbow between my shoulder blades until I had to tell her to stop. This because I had asked for firm pressure. The balance of the 30 minutes felt like someone dragging a warm fish over my arms and legs. None of the standard turn over quad / neck massage. Having untrained personnel will eventually result in someone getting injured. The owner - who always asks for cask payment - will likely face a lawsuit at some point. The place itself is dirty and smells of food odours and stale humidity, kind of like a terrarium. Can't see this establishment maintaining based on this business model. read more

Totally messed up experience! Went with two friends on a Saturday night. One of my friends was paired with Chester who SOLICITED HER FOR SEX WORK! Absolutely disgusting. We were all sitting there getting a neck/foot massage combo, but in looking over at my friend, Chester had deviated from the protocol. The other two massagers were working as expected (massaging around our shoulders and neck), but Chester was grabbing my friend around her neck and massaging around the breastplate. I could tell the other two employees were confused about what he was doing, and my friend had a perplexed look on her face. But it wasn't until we went to sit in our chairs for the foot massage that Chester's intentions became transparent. I looked over at my friend as he was massaging her quads and saw him whispering to her. I leaned over to my friend like, "wtf was that?" And she said that she had asked him to stop (because he was applying too much pressure), and his response was, "don't worry, I won't go any higher" (implying he wouldn't massage around her groin). I was totally disgusted. When we left it came to light that he had actually said more than just "I won't go any higher," and had asked if she was willing to "work the back". When she said no, he tried to get her to meet him at a later time in the night. What was also creepy was he was trying to extend the massage so that myself and our other friend were finished before he was done with her. In other words, he was trying to get her ALONE. Nope. We went because of the good reviews, but no massage is worth the risk of being violated. I don't know what kind of establishment would be ok with an employee who was soliciting. Stay away. Impressed. My boyfriend and I drove up to BC for a weekend getaway and we decided to get massages. This is the third place that we've tried for massages in BC and I think this will be our go to. I have a really tense back from sitting and studying all day in grad school, so I like the rough and deep massages. My boyfriend on the other hand, does not. We were both able to get what we wanted from Queen's Feet and for a decent price. My masseuse was Winnie and she's amazing. She could tell that my back and shoulders were extremely tense so she spent more time rolling out the knots in my back and shoulders. A few hours after my massage, my back and shoulders were really sore from the massage but I don't mind it because I know how much work she put into my massage. The front staff is pretty helpful as well. I would strongly communicate what you want and you'll get it. Both my bf and I will be back when we plan another trip to BC. Therapist was good, but there was so loud talker other room (Japanese guy?) and next door's man tried to get sexual extra massage... I felt uncomfortable.
