Bought some TVs and couches specifically asked for "smart tv" this guy delivers the couches sets them up then they unpack the tv and left in a rush. This review applies to the Pomona location. Be aware that they do not have a return policy. We were not verbally informed of this policy but I did notice it on the receipt after we had an issue with two mattresses we bought being too thick for our bed frame. They did allow us to exchange them for less expensive and thinner ones but did not refund the difference. The woman who sold us the mattresses and exchanged them was terse and not really friendly towards us when we first bought the mattresses and later when we asked for a refund or exchange. To be fair, they did help load the mattresses on the roof of our car, they were not obligated to exchange the mattresses as per the receipt, and the prices seem comparable to other furniture places (although they don't post prices and we're not willing to negotiate). I am a bit wary of the quality of the mattresses and the other furniture we saw in the store. Only time will tell and these mattresses will not see much use. It seems others have had better experiences and also experiences similar to ours. Read through the other reviews. It's still worth it to stop in to check out what they have. Hopefully your experience is better and don't expect to return or exchange what you purchase. read more

Don't come here. They're nice at first & make it seem like they're trying to help you out & get you a good deal. We went in & saw their furniture & it was nice. They didn't have the couch we wanted in stock so we asked if there were other ones & he gave us a catalog & flipped through it with us. Found one, picked out a color, purchased. We spent $800 on a couch (plus an ottoman for free) & the quality is something that's worth $500, maybe. Hopefully this couch lasts more than 6 months. Plus ! When they did the delivery, we expected it to be at least 2 people bringing in the boxes but nope ! My boyfriend had to go out & help him bring the boxes in since it was only him. The specific table we were looking for was out of stock EVERYWHERE and would take over a month for us to get! First off let me say , we were so excited to come purchase all our appliances here! Sadly we were lied to and our home was ruined upon delivery. Sign in the front said " no credit check " credit is ran. We never received our table and are being charged $600'for it. We went in to try and reason with them but no luck. They delivered our couch and completed ruined our hardwood floors then denied it. Upon delivery they requested $300 cash from my husband in which he gave and then they turned around and said he didn't give anything! They also requested we pay them $500 from our fiancé amount and zelle it to a personal Account :( very sad that people will do this to low income families or even families trying to start a life! We have no problem paying for what was received but to not provide our table , and ruin our 50 year old beautiful oak floors then deny payment is so wrong ! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! It was the worse experience and ownership. The owner is such a LIAR & VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I purchased a dining table, stand up mirror, and full vanity set. When I purchased my items Abraham told me I would get my dining set in 2 days. It was 2 weeks when they delivered it. During that time I would call for a status on my order and they would never call me back and made up liars to shut me up. When they finally delivered it they brought me the wrong stand up mirror and vanity desk. The vanity that they brought me looked used and dirty. Again, I called (over 20 times) to let them know my items were wrong and again to shut me up he told me "those items were for a different customer" after a week in a half I finally received the stand up mirror. The display mirror was delivered. I clearly stated I did not want the display. The mirror had Scratches that were covered with Sharpie. After that I had enough and went to the store myself. I told Abraham about the mirror & he said "that's my problem." Being in the store for 2 hours we are clearly arguing and requested for our money back and for the mirror to be picked up. I was not going to keep something that was poorly handle. With the money we spent I expected my items to be in great condition and correct. While arguing with him he is cussing at us and trying to kick us out his store. We were not going to leave until we got our money back. This man is ridiculous and try to charge us $820 to cancel our $2,700 order. He also said we were stupid for buying from him and it was our problem! He also got in our faces wanting to hit us. Abraham and his team are truly amazing. They made the whole process enjoyable. Let me start from the beginning. I went into the store with my 10 yr old nephew to "look at furniture" we were just supposed to be window shopping and $7K later I walked away with some of he most beautiful furniture you could imagine. We got custom made couches, a gorgeous dining room table with 6 chairs, a Cal King Bedroom Set, A queen size bedroom set and a full size bedroom set. Due to Covid-19 I did not move into the house I had planned on moving into, My items were stored with the company for 3 months with no extra charge. I was indecisive as to the 3rd bedroom set due to not knowing the size of home i would get, Abraham had no problem taking back the bed and allowing me to get store credit for other items, in place of the bed i got 2 sound bars and a laptop that works wonderful. I then had a friend who needed a couch and we looked online with no luck, as a last resort we went back to Abraham and he found my friend beautiful couches for an amazing price and he had them delivered within 30 minutes. Now back to my order. My stuff sat with them for quite some time, once I got my address for delivery in Lake Isabella, they had no problem delivering my product. Without hesitation, I went to the store and Abraham immediately scheduled me for Sunday delivery. His delivery guys worked so hard. They were dedicated to their job and providing us with amazing customer service. They were at my home from 3pm-8pm and refused to take a break. We had issues with my couches fitting thru the door and they were willing to exchange them for me but after all that dedication and time I decided to keep them. This was an amazing experience and I now have a furniture connect that I will be returning to and referring to. I purchased a beautiful dining set from Queen's on valentines day and the sales people were fantastic. I did have issues however with the owner, who at some point demanded through his associates, I pay cash for my furniture instead of making payments through my debit card. He even went so far as to say my furniture could not be delivered to me unless I pay cash. He changed his tune when I told him it would effect future purchases (my husband and I are putting money aside for a sectional couch). That I did not care for in the least. I am the customer my money is good no matter what delivery I choose to give it. That decision is mine to make. Also, I found it rather suspicous. I've had the dining set for a month now and I love the furniture. I realized I bought it as is but yesterday I noticed one of the legs on the chairs in my dining set was coming loose. When I checked the legs of my chair it was missing a washer and using the chair was forcing the hex nut into the wood damaging the chair with each use (there were several others missing washers and one chair even missing a hex nut). As I stated earlier I realize I bought the furniture as is but having the appropriate hardware should be required. I don't think I could trust buying furniture from Queen's again. If I had not noticed the issue with my chair and checked all the other chairs in my dining set I might not have found the issue and my furniture would have degraded quickly. The sales associates are wonderful and very kind. Raphael, who works very closely with the manager was a great guy and delivered and assembled my furniture for me. I felt I was charged a fair price for my set and delivery was a save as well but considering the way the owner chose to do business with me and the missing essential hardware of my furniture when my husband I do need to buy our sectional couch we will shop elsewhere. read more
