Been coming here for a while as a loyal client for Tony. Unfortunately, after today I will not be returning. Please beware: Today Tony was using disposable gloves to scrub chemicals off his hair dying equipment by the hair-wash station. When I sat down to have my hair washed, I asked him to change to new gloves. Not only did he complain about my request, but mentioned that he couldn't possibly use new gloves for each client...which was quite shocking. Not only did he think it was okay to use the same gloves to clean equipment to wash my head, but he also admits to reusing gloves for each client. Tony, disposable gloves are about 10 cents a pair. read more

Tony really is irreplaceable. We always recommend you call him ahead of time to schedule an appointment as you can imagine he gets swamped. I started with Tony a couple years ago, and his years of experiences really show, and cut to the way I want. His English conversation skill is so-so, if you have some special requests, make sure you explain it well first. I honestly don't know how this place got so highly reviewed... This was by far the worst hair cut experience I have ever had. Beware. We had an appointment for two people with different hair dressers: Tony and Anna. Tony took 1 hour and 15 mins to cut my male fiancee's hair. I don't know about you, but that seems excessive for a male's hair cut. And it came out the most uneven I have ever seen it. We even asked him to fix it twice. The first time the bangs were straight up crooked. The second time it was just uneven all around because he would cut everything even though we just said cut the bangs,which make all of his hair even more uneven. He claimed at the second request that you can't cut too much because it'll ruin the style, so we stopped asking after the second time because it wasn't getting better. He then washed the hair only on one side, where there was still soap on the other, then proceeded to cut it again.... Overall, he didn't seem experienced with what he was doing so only go here if you want a cheap cut I guess? Or if you only want a trim. But who cuts length with thinning shears??? Even an amateur cutter (from COVID learning) like me can do better... Oh and the second appointment for me, Anna forgot she set up an appointment with me.... But what's worst is that there was no customer service when you first walk in. You essentially need to get into someone's face to get attention. Then she said she doesn't have time ... I'm like what do you mean you don't have time when I set up an appointment. In summary worst experience of my life. Unless you are a regular here or it's completely empty, I suggest there are so many other better places around that area, go anywhere but here. read more

Joy did an amazing job on my hair last saturday, I love how it turned out! I brought in a picture of an permanent curl and she did a great job of making the style.
