My perfect pinup red nails and free gift!

So sweet! My nails came out exactly how I wanted. They were really kind and friendly, the place was beautiful and clean, they offered water, coffee and tea and even gave me a little parting gift of lotion! Great service and fair price. I got manicure pedicure with gel for both and a callus treatment for $70. Really glad I came here. Definitely will be back.

Horrible.! Never coming back and don't recommend it to anyone. It is not worth wasting your time and money.! There work is really messy and when you tell you how they still had the audacity to say they were ok and ignored how I said my nails weren't straight.

I'm usually very picky about my pedicure place I never really am truly happy with the service. But here at Queen nails and facials Emma will take care of you. Her massage is on point and she is very polite and friendly. I highly recommend checking out this place for the price. I got the full pedicure for the sale of $37. Very clean. read more

Really disappointed with my visit today. I called and was given very misleading information over the phone. My service cost ended up being more than what I had been told over the phone. I specifically called asking how much it would be to have my nails taken off, I was told $5 with service. So I decided to get a pedicure. Then once everything was done they said it was $15 for the nail removal because the pedicure was not considered a "service". They did not specify it was only nail services that qualified. They called the lady who misled me only to have her say that it was only nail service. Very misleading and disappointed with the way they treated me after all was said and done. I will not be coming back. They also broke my natural pinky nail when taking off my nails. read more

Hidden gem. Tiny salon but offers so many services. Feels like they are more attentive since it's less clients. I called ahead and they were able to squeeze me in for a spa pedicure. My pedicure was great and I'm looking forward to going back and trying out their headspace services as well as their hydra facial. read more

Love the community here; small, but I love the family aspect of it. The ladies here are very friendly and always so accommodating. I love their prices, deals, quality of work, and availability. I can come here to relax or just get a quick mani or pedi. They do offer other services too. No complaints with Queen's Nails & Facial. read more

I went there on Friday to get a gel manicure while my daughter was in dance class next door. The salon is clean, well taken care of and are under new ownership. The lady who did my manicure did a great job. I plan on getting a the hydro facial in two weeks. Overall, I had a great experience! read more

I just left this business after receiving a pedicure. The two people working there were very nice and pleasant and did a good job. When attempting to pay with my gift certificate they would not take it. I was told that it was too old. I received the gift certificate as a gift in March of 2018. This business was close for over a year during the pandemic. When I explained to the two people working there, who seemed to be the owners, that it is against the law to not honor the gift certificate, they just laughed and said, "too old." I again explained that in California gift certificates cannot expire, and that they would need to honor it. They laughed again and said, "too old." I explained that I would file a complaint with the BBB. They just acted as if they didn't understand, even though we conversed with no problems for the hour that I was there. Is it worth all this for $32 worth of service? Hopefully, the education in gift certificate laws will be forwarded on to them. read more

I've been going to Queens for about 6 months now and absolutely love the services by Karen and Emma!! Started with mani/pedi and after getting them done twice I decided to try the Hydrafacial... the best, makes my skin look so healthy, then I had Emma microblade my eyebrows and they are awesome (I went for a more natural look/enhance my natural brows) and well 6 months later and I'm now getting my lashes done here too!! I truly love this place, nice, clean, friendly and most of all affordable for all the services I have done. Would highly recommend!! read more

We went here for the first time today with my daughters and highly recommend. My oldest got a new set of acrylics and my youngest got a manicure and pedicure. Their nails turned out amazing and the ladies were both super nice. They even sent them home with a little thank you goodie bag!!! We definitely will be back again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a nail salon! read more

I highly suggest! I have been coming here for 3 years, loyally, and only go somewhere else if I'm out of town or in an emergency. The best ombré nails I've I've ever gotten. The team here is so nice & friendly, it's like visiting friends whenever I walk in. There's been many times I've messed up a nail or needed a random acrylic if I broke a nail (I usually stick to my natural nails with gel), and they often offer these at no additional cost (so nice!). This places continues to impress me. I travel 45 minutes to come to this salon because the service, cleanliness, and prices are the BEST. I've been hesitant to write this review because this is my favorite salon in Orange County and it already gets packed as it is. Amy knows how to take care of her regulars! Definitely call before dropping in or make an appointment because they get busy. I've had Ivy the last few visits and she is incredible. I went back to Queen Nails after they shut down with Covid. I would go there because the services were more affordable then most nail places. But they have raised their prices substantially we're now it's easily $10 more that I made before for nails gel and pedicure. As much as I like the owner/manager, personally I will need to rethink going back because it's way more than I wish to afford for these services. Nail salons in Cypress are less expensive that I have discovered the last few months. read more

I love this place! It's my new go to nail salon since my other one closed :/ Everybody that has worked on me has done a fantastic job! They really pay attention to detail, and they always make sure no gel is leftover on your skin by filing your nails after putting the coats on & scraping under the nails. My gel looks so good each time that people ask me if my nails are fake! The color lasts for three weeks with no chipping at all. Love this place! read more

Wonderful service. Best part is they will be honest if it is going to be a wait. They take there appointment's first and will fit you in if they can. This is the spot to go to get your nails done. I always get a French pedicure. Either schedule an appointment or call first and see their availability first before just coming in. Everyone is friendly and the price is very reasonable. Sometimes the parking lot can be full but it's a hit or miss depending on what time of day you come in. read more

I usually don't go to a business without reading a review first, but I was in the area and in a desperate need of a mani pedi. So I entered Cassidy's. Upon entering, the vibe was awkward. No music. Not even the TV had sound coming from it. I appreciated that the Jennifer Hudson show was on, but would've loved some captions, some sound, something. The only thing I could hear was the fans and the nail equipment at work. It was quiet enough for one of the technicians to be asleep with their head resting on the wall.. I tell them that I want a gel manicure with designs, a deluxe pedicure with color and I inquire how much would it be. I had gel on my nails and toes, so gel removal was extra. And design was extra. They were transparent that my total would be $109. This price didn't shock me but the service and final product did. While my nails were being prepped on my left hand, my nail on my ring finger started to hurt. I was watching tv, didn't think much of it. I look down, the right side wall of my nail is bleeding. He didn't acknowledge it to me verbally. Didn't treat it right away. Just carried on with the prep work and nail designs. I will say my design wasn't easy. I got it from Pinterest. So I appreciate that Tommy (that's what his cart said) communicated with me on how i want the lines, what color for each part, etc. It didn't come out looking good though. And to top it off, one of my toes started burning out of nowhere during the pedicure. I don't know if Nancy cut it too short or the equipment wasn't clean or what. I tried powering through it (I know, I shouldn't have to or even do so at all), but eventually I was like "hey, one of my toes burn". I pointed out the toe. She rinses it. And friendliness wise, they're nice enough. I know nail techs don't have to talk, but just the quiet vibe wasn't for me. If you made it this far, look at my reference picture versus the outcome. Keep in mind I chose hot pink for the french tip. I might go back to press on's.... Five hours later..My finger still hurts. And now my big toe hurts. They were too rough with the nail prep.

I called them 20 mins before arriving and I was well received. They took their time and were very gentle. This place still does the nail soak, I'm noticing that some places don't offer that anymore. I was a former customer prior to covid and always had a great experience with prior management : however the new owners are very kind and have done a beautiful job in redecorating and purchasing new equipment -top of the line chairs. The amount of nail colors is magnificent so you should have no problem finding a color for you. THUY does a beautiful pedicure as well as her mother. My nails which are gel stayed perfect for 5 weeks - honest and went in last week I asked to have a clover painted for St Patty's day which the owner did freehand from picture on phone.. it is absolutely darling. I just find out this place and want to give it a try. My first impression is their place look so clean and nice. Second is their pedicure chair are so new, they even come with massage option and warm water. I got their mani and pedi combo, I love it with affordable price. Will definitely come back. I've been coming here for over 3 years and love every girl that works here. I've never had nail polish all over my skin and when I would get gel nails they LASTED. The prices are incredibly low so I never have a problem tipping more because they already do such a great job!!! Did I mention the shop is clean and organized :-) read more
