I had a very bad experience with this salon. I went to this salon because it is closer to my home. What an awful decision. I had dipping powder. The manicure was to thick and when my natural nail grew, you can definitely see the difference. After 17 days I decided to change return to my regular salon and had another manicure. To my surprise, when the manicurist was removing the old powder I can see a deep green spot in some of my nails. I wanted to cry. My manicurist told me that I had a fugus infection. 6 out of my 10 nails had green spots. My nails look awful. I don't know how the Queen's nails keep their tools and powders, but it is not acceptable. The lady who complete the manicure at Queen's Nails was really nice and kind but, I am sorry, I will not recommend this place to anybody. read more

I had the worst manicure ever but the best pedicure with two different people today. The man who did my hands suggested I should strengthen my nails with powder then cut natural nail down sanded it and placed a coat of powder. He didn't give a proper manicure because there was no cuticle oil, no cuticle trim and no hand massage. The polish over the powder is painted on but there are gaps where there's bear nail with no powder or polish. I brought it to his attention when paying. I asked for a discount because I was treating my mom and sis so I didn't want them waiting for him to fix this mess. Instead he said sit down and trimmed a few pieces of cuticle that were dry and sticking out from the rushed shaping of the nails. I'm submitting the photos same day, two hours after this nail job.They look ragged and damaged. This is how he had me leave. He told me it would be $10 more to fix this awful job including the uncut cuticles and repaint nails. That won't fix the poor powder. So steer clear of the man unless you want a terrible powder nail. The pedicure was incredible. The jobs done for myself, mom, and sis were all great. The women of Queens Nails are consistent. They worked on us meticulously following sanitary procedures. Our feet were catered to and look great in sandals. The stone massage is $33 and regular pedi is $30. Powder coated nails were $28 and regular mani is $20. They have a list for prices up front on the types of pedicures offered. They didn't give me prices on nails up front. read more

I walked in and waited a few minutes to be seen which wasn't the problem, the problem was one of the tech's that was attending me was rushing me to pick a color and as i sat down when i went to show her a picture she grabs the phone out of my hand and puts it to the side? I should've made a scene but i just requested a new nail tech because who does that? Grabs someone's phone out their hand, do i know u??? Rude and unprofessional after requesting someone new another nail tech tells me they are going to take care of me then proceeds to kick another customer out of her chair where she was sitting to attend me next, i just said i would leave it was nonsense honestly. I have never been more frustrated. I went to the store to get my nails and toes done. After spending about 4 hours everything turned out to be awful. all the nails are not symmetrical and they do not align together at all!!! I have asked the guy who was working on them to fix them and he kept making excuses and responding in a very unprofessional way. This is by far my worst experience ever and I will not be going to them again and I do not recommend it to anyone. It's a waste of both money and time. read more

Great service, very pleased! I showed on Christmas eve with no appointment and expecting a long wait. On the contrary, they took care of me within a couple of minutes of showing up. After getting my eye brows & lip waxed I discovered I had a huge blister on my upper lip and severe redness around my eyebrow area. I work for a business that is very face-to-face and I do a lot of events so appearance is very key on my profession. Now I have to walk around with this big red blister and redness around my eyebrows. I went to Queen's Nails 2 days ago and I'm in so much pain on my upper lip area and eyebrows I never want to get my eyebrows done ever again let alone here. When I called and asked for a manager I was told that there is no manager and I explained that I was burned and a guy on the phone didn't even apologize. This is so sad. He told me just to come in tomorrow and he'll look at it, that's horrible customer service. Will never return. read more

They are the worst, they suck at shaping ,designs and even just putting on nail polish thwy don't even cut your cuticles.‍

I was a walk in they were able to attend me within 10min which was nice . I just needed and regular mani & pedi . The nail tech was very nice but did a horrible job with my manicure so bad that I change my mind about the Pedi ! She cut my nails to short there were all uneven and left with ruff edges . She even thin out the polish in front of me ! Which would explain why my nails already chipped off !! Her painting technique was horrible she literally put globs of clear coat on my nails. Used to go here but after I came with some friends for Birthday pedicure and was put in a broken chair, before the pedicure even began a timer was set. The technical didn't talk to me and when I told them my chair was not working I got no apologies! No discount, the technical spend more time walking around looking for things than spending on my pedicure!!! My friends friends didn't have a good experience either!!! Will Never come back!!! Amazing salon! The Staff were very nice and reasonably priced! My boyfriend and I found this place while on vacation. I didn't have a chance to have my nails done before we left so I had to find somewhere near where we were going. I've been here twice before, but this time will be the last time. I came in to get a fill, they greeted me and I sat. As the guy (which I believe was the owner) began to paint my nails I had to tell him 3 times that there were some missing spots towards the back of the nails and on the sides. When people began to come he rushed through the rest as if I wasn't as important as the other costumers. When I do my nails myself I pay attention to detail and this was just disturbing to look at. Went to get my nails refilled and showed them a pic of how I wanted my designs. The guy said he couldn't do the design so I said ok let's just do the refill. After he was done o was happy but 2 days later one of my nails broke off. I was going to go back and get it redone but the next day ANOTHER nail broke! After only 5 days of having my nails, 4 different nails had broke with one that split in half, causing alot of pain.
