My family and I have never really done a big project like this ourselves so we came into the store a bit clueless. . BIG SHOUT OUTTO CARLOS for always coming to our rescue. We showed him pictures of our basement and he gave us recommendations on which primers to use and which paint finish to go with. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Carlos made us feel comfortable in making every purchase and he didn't disappoint. Our old dark wood basement walls came out beautifully white! We went to the (empty) store asking about wallpaper and the salesperson couldn't have been less helpful. He threw a few books at us, muttered something and scurried away. We ended up finding what we wanted and made a purchase. We were then told it was backordered - which is fine. After waiting 4+ weeks, we would call asking for updates. When we did, we were told someone would get back to us and they didn't. The salesperson, was equally as before the sale as he was afterwards didn't exactly help the situation either. After a week past the initial 4 week estimate, we requested a refund and went to Wallpaper Warehouse in Farmingdale, where our experience has been the complete opposite.
