Initially, Johnny told me they could not come today, but then his partner called shortly after and said they could. I scheduled for between 1:30 and 2:00 pm, but at 2:00 I was told they'd be an hour late. I didn't get another update until almost 3:30, when they called to reschedule. It seems like the company is not well-coordinated, and I ended up having to look elsewhere for help. I hope they improve their internal communication and reliability for future customers.
