My husband had to call over and over for 7 weeks to get the truck bed liner that he was promised. No one returned his call until they realized that they needed him to sign another paper. Bill called me an agreed to add a 14,500 mile bumper to bumper warranty at no extra charge and that changed my mind. There was only one key fob with it and Jacob agreed to supply a second one and have it programmed. It had to be ordered and he was diligent about keeping me updated and when he received it, set up a date for it to be programmed and for me to pick it up. I'm not sure Garvey knows what they have in this kid. Jeremy was awesome. But alas, they had no appt until the following Tuesday. I left "OK" with it because I understood how the business worked. I came back and they diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, Jeremy told me they didn't have the part I needed in stock. So I would have to leave and he would call me when the part came in. When I mentioned the total of 4 hours of driving back and forth with still no results, my frustration kicked in a little. When I asked my salesperson if he could maybe help me out with a little gas card he was told by his superior to "get him the hell outta here". I love honest sales people. Bottom line went today, car is fixed, (took an hour long than the 2.5 hours I was quoted. Sales manager Lee understood my point of view. Had a nice gentlemen named Tom take my vehicle to fill my tank (was 44 miles till empty). So in a nut shell. Salesperson Dave was awesome. Service tech Jeremy is a hidden gem they don't know they have, and sales manager lee is a problem solver who seemed to genuinely listen and care. Dave's superior (get him the hell outta here) guy. The last place I got a car from was not as great, the process was stressful and drawn out for several weeks. I had to handle all the DMV business and such but not here! John and Randy took care of practically everything! Found the car I wanted on a Monday, went back that Wednesday to pick up my new car, while in those two days they handled everything from the financing, bank contact, and the DMV. Once I got home, I noticed a couple "bugs" like a tail light out, one of my front lights out; little things like that. The very next Monday, they scheduled to have my car fixed up perfectly at a garage and let me use one of their own cars for the night. I can't recommend GFM enough!

When I finally picked up my vehicle, it was immediately obvious the work was poor--peeling edges all over the car, visible seams, debris and contamination trapped under the film, and sloppy, unfinished edges and corners. I was told this was "normal" for satin PPF, which is simply not true. Multiple experienced professionals confirmed this level of workmanship is a major red flag and will likely lead to premature failure. Against my better judgment, I gave the owner a second chance to fix the issues. I returned the car with a detailed, professional list of concerns. When I received it back again, it was even worse--jagged cuts, visible damage to my paint, continued peeling, and overall careless workmanship. At that point, it became clear this was not a matter of minor defects--it was a complete lack of skill, care, and quality control. What makes this even more unacceptable is the complete lack of accountability. Not once did the owner apologize or take responsibility. Every interaction was handled over text--no phone call, no professionalism, no urgency to correct a nearly $10,000 job gone wrong. The only time I was offered any resolution was after I mentioned small claims court. At this point, I do not trust this shop to touch my vehicle again. I gave multiple opportunities to make this right, and each time the situation got worse.
