They made no attempt to address our concerns. Never got back to us. So, here goes; Months ago I recommended to a family member to bring their older Sienna AWD van to them for service. I liked the idea of using factory recommended fluids and filters. On their website I found a coupon to use for such service. They called and made an appointment. Then they called back and added a seasonal tire change over, mount & balance, install four tires, in addition to the service. They went on the day of the appointment, had the work done, and the price charged was about $80 higher, dealership refusing the coupon, as they said it was "a walk in" appointment. They insisted there was "no record" of my sister having called in to make the appointment. Again, she called TWICE. I reached out to Mike Romeo by phone, number obtained by Corporate Office in South Glens Falls, leaving a message, never heard back. Pretty disappointed. We would never deal with them again (any Romeo dealership), to buy a car or get it serviced. Not with that level of disrespect & incompetence. I have no idea how they're buying car dealerships up here, two at a time, if they are treating customers as we were treated.

    I was recommended to go here to get my car fixed after an accident and it was for sure a mistake…read more They estimated it would be repaired within a week, after no follow up I called to check and they said it would be one more week. This continued for over a month with me having to call every week for an update on when it would be done, their answer was always that they were 'just' about to call me and it'll be done within a few days. When I finally got my car back they had left their tools in there and the whole interior was covered in dust/mud. I had to have a panel painted as part of the repair and there was overspray onto my tire and rim that is still there. I regret going here and wished I would've gone somewhere else.

After receiving this offer, I was contacted by the dealership and they confirmed the trade-in value over the phone twice, asking me to come in for an appointment. I drove nearly 50 miles to the dealership. When I arrived, they first let me test drive the new vehicle. But afterward, they suddenly changed the trade-in offer to only $4,000, claiming it was a mistake. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. This was never mentioned before my visit. I lost my time, wasted gas, and felt completely misled. I confirmed the trade-in value with them multiple times before going there. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it left me feeling frustrated and deceived.
