One more thing, the female that takes incoming service calls needs to be fired, as you will discover over time. She didn't like what I said so she blocked my calls, each time I did get through she immediately wanted to put me on hold and then left me on hold. Not a good employee in my world. You people have a long way to go before you qualify as Quality repair outlet.

They SAY they have a mechanic fixing up the cars, but beware. He's really just doing oil changes and cleaning the inside of the car so it looks pretty. Mechanically, they don't care about as long as they get the sale. Thankfully, when my brakes failed, I was turning into my driveway so I didn't hit anything or anyone. This continued for over a month with me having to call every week for an update on when it would be done, their answer was always that they were 'just' about to call me and it'll be done within a few days. When I finally got my car back they had left their tools in there and the whole interior was covered in dust/mud. I had to have a panel painted as part of the repair and there was overspray onto my tire and rim that is still there. I regret going here and wished I would've gone somewhere else.
