From the very first visit, I was thoroughly impressed. Peter came out to do the initial estimate--he spent over 45 minutes carefully measuring, inspecting, and answering all my questions, including detailed discussions about installing heat cables to prevent ice dams. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, which immediately put me at ease. Given the size and structure of my home, I was initially nervous about how well a gutter system would integrate with a metal roof. But I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The very next day, a well-organized crew of 8 professionals led by Tim arrived with two trucks. They worked hard for nearly 10 hours and completed about 90% of the project in just one day. What we were looking for are Gutter Guards to help remove that bi-yearly chore of removing leaves from the gutters. I had done a lot of research into the different types available. I received an estimate from one place, next day he calls dropping $800 off. An hour later someone else called from that company telling me a yet lower price, another $250 off. Then the first guy calls back asking if I wanted to move forward. I told him someone else had given me a cheaper price from his company and he had no idea. This triggered my brain to say "Sorry but I'm not going to do anything with your company at all". So now I hear about Lifetime and call Anthony. He called me back the same day, came over the next day with an estimate. His estimate was what I call reasonable for the work to be done. Unfortunately I had to wait about a month due to family matters and finally called him back on a Friday. He told me that he could arrange to have it done the following week. On Tuesday morning he called and asked if we were ok with doing it that day. Out came Anthony #2 to handle the installation. He was fast and extremely friendly and in a few hours time the gutter guards were installed. My final reason for going with this company was the guards are made out of aluminum with a stainless steel mesh on top. The others I looked at were made of plastic with the mesh. My life's experiences have shown that plastic gets brittle when left out in the sun & bad weather, I prefer the all aluminum ones. My experiences with this company have been just fantastic! Funny, personable, and *extremely* knowledgeable. He coordinated with our attached neighbor so both sides would be done at once and the roofline would look seamless. The pricing was well within expectations. When work started, his crew arrived promptly each morning and got straight to work. I must say, these guys work fast and hard. It's worth mentioning that they cleaned up their debris beautifully. The place was spotless when they finished. Brian has a good sense of cosmetics on the house and he wrapped the windowsills and replaced a rotted piece. You can see the difference immediately, in the pictures. It looks like a brand new home. We got compliments from our neighbors immediately. Brian went above and beyond our expectations. As well, I was supposed to have samples brought over, and they weren't. I called and asked about it, and about the numbers, no response. I emailed, no response. I called again (a week later), and got him on the phone. He said he ran out of samples, even though he was supposedly bringing them over a week earlier. He said he'd leave them on his front porch if I wanted to pick them up. He started going off to me about not having time to discuss options with me. And, that since it's a small job I wasn't really too important. I hung up, since it was going nowhere and that's no way to earn my business. If you don't want my money and business, someone else will get it. If I want options to be within my budget, that's my prerogative as a consumer. If your math doesn't add up, I have the right to ask about it. If you don't want "small" jobs, don't quote them.

One of my mom's neighbors, in Saratoga County, had his driveway sealed a few days ago (another very satisfied customer), and he asked on my behalf if they might do a job in Albany. It turns out they had a team in Albany on one specific day, and because my driveway was not too large, they could add me in. Wow, what a great job they did. They arrived early, they had my driveway prepped in less than 20 minutes, and the whole job was done in less than an hour. They even took the time to examine the edges to pick up loose pieces of twig and grass that had blown on while applying the sealant. I have no idea if I will be fortunate enough to get SealPro back in the future, but I'll certainly pursue it.

I asked about having 2 very large trees removed from my property. His office called me back within the hour, said they can meet me tomorrow morning to give me a price, so we set it up for 8am the next morning. Butch and his crew were at my house Saturday morning at 7:30 am. He looked over the trees, gave me a very reasonable price to take them down, grind the stumps down to below ground level, remove all wood and clean up the site.
