However, Heidi cut a gash in our curtains, and didn't mention it when I picked them up. When I got them back home and hung them back up in front of the door, it was immediately obvious because they hang in front of a sliding glass door that faces the afternoon sun. These blackout curtains allow NO light through, so it's INSTANTLY obvious. I called Heidi and asked if she would fix it, naturally. She said it was like that when we gave the curtains to her, and said she was going to call us about it before starting the work but didn't. She offered no explanation as to why. She refused to do anything to fix her obvious damage to our new curtains, which we had hung up for 4 days before giving them to her. If there had been a gash before she got them, we'd have seen it readily, just as it was instantly apparent when I got them hung up today. Shame on this lying, classless woman who took my cash to avoid paying taxes, and then damaged my curtains and couldn't even own up to it. SHAME on Heidi Fish! Since our group wasn't the type that would want strippers or anything like that AND our group of gals rarely (if ever) treat ourselves to nice lingerie... I wanted to find a classy lingerie shop that would host our group (5 ladies) for a private after store hours shopping session for 1-2 hours. After visiting the website, I saw they didn't offer anything like that (one other local shop did but couldn't accommodate us) so I sent her an email inquiring. To my surprise (and delight) Shadia replied VERY quickly and came to my rescue saying that she could accommodate. All the gals were dressed for a lovely dinner and our Uber pulled up to the shop. My sister started laughing and got super shy... she wasn't expecting a lingerie shopping sessions at all. I don't think she was into the idea at first BUT with all the gals' enthusiasm, Shadia being very inviting, sweet and helpful, this activity ended up being one of my sister's favorite out of the entire day. My sister was VERY grateful that Shadia opened her shop after hours and now she has a new awesome bathing suit for her destination wedding, a super cute romper for the wedding night ;) and some seamless undies to wear under her wedding!!! SUCCESS!!! All of the gals were able to try on garments. I guess my only criticism or negative is that larger breast gals / more full figured ladies will have trouble finding items that will fit. My size 6 sister had plenty of garments to try on; which was perfect! I'm 36DD so I was limited BUT I still walked away with a beautiful teddy/nighty that I'm really happy with! I love it! More about the private shopping (Shadia, you should totally offer this on your website and I would recommend taking a deposit from the person booking. The deposit (I suggest between $300-500) could go towards merchandise they plan on purchasing during the shopping session. I would do this especially if you provide snacks and bubbles. I know we brought our own sparkling wine but if you provide for folks then I'd hate for you to spend too much out-of-pocket).... anyways, Shadia offered snacks and wine when we connected on email. I told her we'd bring the wine and snacks were welcome if she wanted to provide. She had a lovely assortment of cheese/crackers/chocolate... it was so thoughtful and sweet for you to offer and provide. It's honestly kind of crazy that in my 33 years of life, I went so long without actually having a bra that fits me properly. The women who work here are incredibly knowledgeable. Both times I've gone in, I was helped by, I believe, Hailey, and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable right away. What amazed me the most is how quickly she could figure out my correct bra size. She'll take a look at your back, see you in the bra you came in wearing, and then bring you an option she thinks will work. The first time she did that, I was shocked. How would she act know my size without even using a measuring tape? It was like magic. She came back with two bras to try on, and my mind was blown after the first bra she brought fit me like it was made for me!!! I can't explain the feeling you have once you wear a bra that actually fits you. Like you thought you were a bra that fit you until that moment. You're like, "Whoa! This is what it feels like. " It's crazy and out of this world to explain. It's honestly impressive how experienced and skilled they are. They also do such a great job making you feel confident and supported throughout the whole process. It never feels awkward or uncomfortable, which I really appreciated. Another thing I didn't realize before going is that they sell more than just bras. They also have underwear and a really great selection of bathing suits in different styles and colors for all kinds of preferences and body types. I highly recommend making an appointment if you can, because it can get busy, and you might have to wait a bit otherwise. That said, even without an appointment, the wait sometimes isn't very long. I've told my mom and several friends about this place, and every single one of them has come back telling me how impressed they were with the customer service and the overall experience. Yes, the bras can be a little more expensive than what you might find at a typical retail store, but the quality and materials are excellent, and they last a long time. For something you wear every day, it's absolutely worth it.

They refused me entrance to their retail location based on my disability that requires me to have a Service Dog. The Retail Services Manager, Kim Babcock, demanded an ID card for my Service Dog. There is no such ID card. Service animals are: Dogs Any breed and any size of dog Trained to perform a task directly related to a person's disability Service animals are not: Required to be certified or go through a professional training program Required to wear a vest or other ID that indicates they're a service dog Emotional support or comfort dogs, because providing emotional support or comfort is not a task related to a person's disability.

We stopped by recently and it's still cool to see such a big location. It has multiple levels and filled to the brim with gear for hiking, running, cycling, and camping. Outside of the store, there's a little trail they've set up for you to test out bikes; not sure if they let you do that with hiking boots, too. Since it's Seattle, you can find more than a few items that feature BigFoot on them. Service is always terrific and I like the fact that they have such a generous return policy in place if you're not satisfied with your purchase (for members on eligible items. it's within 1 year of purchase, even if gently used).
